More and more Americans need to actually listen to Americans like this man, a war hero who served protecting the CONSTITUTION and his country. A man of an ethnical background who GETS IT and what it means to be an American. Here is a great example of a man who lets the past be past and does not thrive to spend his waking days blaming everybody. He knows what history is and why it was the way it was. He knows and is color blind, who is a human who does not use racism to achieve his status. Rep. West does not need affirmative action to get to where he is. HE GOT THERE BY HARD WORK ALONE and God's guiding hand.

When common sense becomes the norm again as Rep. West seems to keep bringing in, even in all metropolitan communities as this man serves in, for sure a healing will take place if those will actually wake up and realize , IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU. Rep. West proclaims his fear of GOD and love of country as any other normal American. WE do not believe in ABUSING the Constitution and we need to keep those running for office like Rep. West in Washington DC to make sure we will never ever have an immoral congress, house, Senate and Presidency ever again. We need to end career politicking as well. When a person wants to serve, HE OR SHE MUST UNDERSTAND they are serving a Constitutional republic. Yes, this means you wash peoples feet so to speak not to get POWER and PRESTIGE into a ruling class as DEMOCRACY IS OWNED by. I whole heartily agree with Rep. West for all those who are selling out our nation should get the **** out. You can move to Europe if you want to live under any other government. We are Americans of the United States we all protect, and live by the Constitution alone.

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the **** out.”

West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.

“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.

The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.

“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the **** out of the United States of America.”

We should see that Ronald Reagan brought us on the right track during his administration and after that we had persons who became rich off of liberalism became bent on destroying the system that was working CONSTITUTIONALLY. Now People think they have a right to be entitled hence look at the anti American protesting of OCCUPY. Learn your lessons from history, we will never be a free nation if liberalism rules. Come back to the foundation of a Constitutional Republic because a Constitutional Republic works almost perfectly, any other will end up enslaving people not helping them. The only way to spread the wealth is through clean capitalism.

How FDR made my generation lazy and entitled

Class warfare is contrary to our nation’s founding principles. America was founded as a nation of self-government, a nation that acknowledged that man has natural rights endowed by his Creator: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Founders formed a limited government to protect these rights.

As young people head home for the holidays, they’re bracing for unsolicited advice and stories from their elders about how life used to require hard work and how young generations have an entitlement mentality.

It’s time my generation listens up, though ironically it was our grandparents’ generation that generated that sense of entitlement.

I grew up in a lower-middle-class family in a wealthy suburb of Detroit, Michigan (yes, they exist). Money became a major concern after my parents split when I was in second grade. My mother and I moved into a cramped, one-floor house in a low-income area, where she worked extremely hard so I could enjoy our wonderful public school system.

My mother was tough on me starting at an early age. I had to work hard for the simple things in life — clothes, treats, toys, etc. When I was too young to get a job, I did chores around the house to earn a $5 weekly salary. This empowered me to save money to buy toys and do fun activities with friends. However, this was not how most families in my city operated. My acquaintances enjoyed much more luxurious lifestyles than I did, and they didn’t have to work a single minute for it. This didn’t sit well with me.

It hit me much harder in high school. Most of the cars in my high school’s student parking lot were worth over $50,000 — more than any car in the teachers’ lot was worth. What is even more pathetic is that while mommy and daddy were writing the checks to pay for these vehicles, their children were doing drugs.

America has a culture problem, and I think the cause of that problem is Big Government. Entitlement programs have taken away the sense of personal responsibility that Americans used to have. Now, Americans don’t worry about the future because they think that the government has their backs. Americans have lost the ability to govern themselves.

It’s difficult to teach the masses how to govern themselves when they have grown up in a society that fosters a sense of entitlement. It’s even more difficult to teach self-government when Big Government continues to turn Americans against one another: the poor and the middle class against the big, bad rich folks.
Class warfare is contrary to our nation’s founding principles. Then came Franklin Delano Roosevelt. FDR promoted class warfare and his New Deal established entitlement programs, such as Social Security, that changed the face of America.

In his 1944 State of the Union address, FDR denounced self-government and individual freedom for contributing to poverty and said that limited government couldn’t solve the nation’s problems:

As our nation has grown in size and stature, however — as our industrial economy expanded — these political rights proved inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness.

We have come to a clear realization of the fact that true individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence. “Necessitous men are not free men.” People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.

FDR’s rhetoric and policies planted the entitlement seed that has been growing ever since. FDR threw the American Dream to the concrete and shattered it to pieces. Sadly, only fragments of it remain today.
America has become a nanny-state. Entitlement programs now consume most of the federal budget and are growing at unsustainable rates. Currently, 3.3 taxpayers support every retiree. The ratio of taxpayers to retirees will continue to fall as the baby boomers retire. The government will have to raise taxes or increase the retirement age in order for younger generations to receive the level of benefits that today’s retirees are receiving.

Who will bear the costly burden of these entitlement programs? My generation and the generations that will follow.

Young Americans like me need to fight for the principles of the American Founding before we become just another page in history. It’s up to us to serve as way-showers for those who have lost sight of the beauty of self-government. We are the hope of America’s future, and it’s time we take on this responsibility.

A U.S. tradition has caught up with the repeal of the “Don’t ask, don’t tell” rule on gays serving openly in the military.The Navy said two women shared the coveted “first kiss” Wednesday when the USS Oak Hill returned to its Virginia base. Marissa Gaeta descended from the ship and shared a quick kiss with her partner, Citlalic Snell. The crowd screamed and waved Navy flags around them.

Naval officials said it was the first time on record that a same-sex couple was chosen to kiss first upon a ship’s return. Both women are fire controlmen in the Navy. They met at training school and have been dating for two years.

I continue to be amazed at all the lies that continue to try to justify perversion of true marriage. Perversion can never be justified for it is SIN. Sin is never justified. Why is it so hard for people to realize that they are sinners and that no matter what they think they are headed for the grave? Does not the aging process or ENTROPY prove this point in a human span of life? So many lustful things to distract our minds form the truth and yet the truth continues to violate our human lives on a second by second basis. And here we are in battle to preserve nature as nature dictates which is completely insane.
WHY are we in a court battle WASTING TAX PAYER MONEY when the people of America already voted against same sex perversion of marriage? You cannot pervert nature and the Constitution does not protect perversion. So wake up and quit trying to force your SIN on everyone else. Homosexuality is not Natural, it is a perversion of nature and it is definitely not a civil right.
I pray that those who read this who have fallen into this BONDAGE will finally realize that you will face a JUDGE eventually and you will not have any excuses for your behavior of sin. Right now HE is calling you out of it before your trial to repentance because you are already guilty. Please Heed his Call and save your life. HE waits patiently with open arms. Do not reject HIM.

Why same-sex marriage is unconstitutional

The National Organization for Women's long campaign for same-sex marriage is unconstitutional on its face. Same-sex marriage has been the primary long-term goal the National Organization for Women (N.O.W) since January, 1988 when feminist leader Sheila Cronin issued a mandate to feminists: "The simple fact is that every woman must be willing to be identified as a lesbian to be fully feminist." Her message was clear. You do not have to be a lesbian, but you must support our transformative political marriage agenda or you are not a feminist.

Forget the terms "same sex" and "gay" marriage. These are victim-based marketing ploys invented N.O.W. to send us off into a heated debate about homosexuality and equal rights — distracting us from seeing their real goal of establishing "feminist marriage."

Feminists made "feminist marriage" their top long-term goal twenty-five years ago, and invested tremendous resources in it, because they intend to convert marriage into a feminist-controlled government enterprise and subordinate the rest of America to entitle it.

Feminist marriage is structurally designed to destroy equality. It structurally establishes three classes of marriage, each with vastly different reproductive, social, and economic rights and protections under Constitutional law:

Feminist "marriage" is a three-way contract between two women and government. Most women will have children, and few women can afford or will go to the length of using artificial insemination to get pregnant. Government is the automatic third party collecting "child support" entitlements for children borne in these marriages.

Children will be borne of extramarital affairs backed by welfare guarantees and child support entitlements. Feminist marriages are automatically entitled with many entitled, tax-free, governmental income sources for having children.

Feminist marriage is a marriage between any two women and the welfare state. It constitutes a powerful feminist takeover of marriage by government, and places the National Organization for Women in the position of dictating government policy as a matter of "feminist Constitutional rights."

Feminist marriage will be far more attractive to all women than heterosexual marriage. Sexual orientation does not matter when two women marry and become "married room-mates." They can still have as many boyfriends as they want, and capture the richest ones for baby-daddies by "forgetting" to use their invisible forms of birth control. On average, a feminist marriage will have at least four income sources, two of them tax-free, plus backup welfare entitlements.

Feminist marriage is government-sponsored serial-polyandry, uniquely enriched by one or more substantial income sources not available to the other two planned subordinate classes of marriage.
Heterosexual marriage: Traditional marriages between men and women will continue, but be subrogated to feminist marriage and socioeconomically dis-incentivized. Traditional marriages will pay taxes to support feminist marriages where child support or welfare recoupments are not collectable, as occurs in our existing welfare state. Traditional marriages have only two income sources, neither of them entitled or tax-free. Over time, many women will prefer "feminist marriage" because of the very substantial economic and sexual liberation advantages. Heterosexual marriage will be heavily burdened by costly marriage penalties, and be comparatively unattractive to women.
Male-Male marriages: Marriages between two men are designed to be a "marital underclass." In most cases, these men will become "fathers" without consent. Women in feminist marriages will not mention they stopped using birth control. Male-male marriages will be forced to pay child support to feminist marriages and become economically-enslaved to them. The taxpayer will be forced to pay for child support men cannot afford to pay, as occurs in out existing welfare state.

Male-male marriages cannot reproduce naturally (a primary factor in Constitutional case law). They can acquire children only by artificial means, and at great expense, by adoption or renting a womb. Most men in these marriages will still have regular sexual encounters with women. Some men in these "marriages" will want to have children. These men will have even more illegitimate children with women in (or contemplating) feminist marriages, most often without informed reproductive consent. "Reproductive fraud" will become the norm in the United States over time.

The longitudinal impact of feminist marriage on reproductive and marital choices of unmarried individuals will be profound. Women who are presently on welfare will be propelled to marry each other, leaving unmarried men already sidelined by the welfare state machinery doubly-disenfranchised. Women who are not married can enter the welfare state by having a child out-of-wedlock, and then double their entitlements by marrying another woman on welfare.

I argue that the structure of feminist marriage, which includes a full review of its inseparable interlocking interaction with existing federal and state welfare law, is unconstitutional on its face.

The vast majority of feminist marriages will bear children out-of-wedlock, making government the automated statutory third party in feminist marriages with naturally-conceived children.

Feminist marriage directly violates 14th Amendment protection against sex discrimination, and the 5th Amendment is violated at the Federal level.

The Constitution cannot accept a structure of three-party marriage establishing an arrangement of government-sponsored economic polygyny as a protected, superior class of marriage under any rational-basis test. Secondly, the Constitution cannot accept any marital arrangement structurally establishing three classes of marriage, where the classes are crisply defined and either rewarded or discriminated against because of the natural reproductive capacity one sex is born with that the other sex does not have.

The issue of future harm is not central to the structural arguments, but is a supporting factor, because discrimination and harm are immediately created in every feminist marriage where women bear children "out of wedlock" and receive child support.

In Constitutional cases, "harm" is a substantial determining factor establishing a claim of discrimination. Existing case law has not yet tested the imminent harm that feminist marriage will unquestionably drive immediately in each case and cumulatively over time.

Assertions of future harm often place the claimant of proving harm without having the future evidence to assert the claim. In this case, a tremendous body of data exists demonstrating the profound cumulative negative impacts of the welfare state on marriage. Doubling the impact of welfare-state socioeconomic law and policy, in cohort with the construct of feminist marriage, forces the court to acknowledge that doubling the Harm already proven by existing social science is Proof of substantial future longitudinal imminent Harm.

Feminist marriage will fully eviscerate the close-scrutiny Constitutional meaning of equality based on sex. Marriage will become a lawful, discriminatory institution based on one's ability to naturally bear a child or not, with the welfare state playing a pivotal role in marital decisions. Assertions of "gender equality," which might have some value in employment situations, are oppositional in marriage litigation and are either subordinate or immaterial.
Hundreds of studies demonstrate socioeconomic impact of the existing welfare state on marital behavior of women and disaffection of men subjugated by the "plantation system." "Doubling the welfare state" will have far greater negative impacts on heterosexual marriage because of very substantial economic and sexual-liberation "rights" that feminist marriage would establish.
The impact of feminist marriage on crime and social violence over time will be profound. Hundreds of peer-reviewed studies demonstrate that men whose behavior is not tempered by heterosexual marriage are the most likely to end up uneducated criminals earning a living in the underground economy. Men have no pressing reason to marry each other. Few will marry, as demonstrated by same-sex demographics in Massachusetts, where at least two-thirds of same-sex marriages are between women.
When the welfare-state was launched in the early 1963, the illegitimacy rate was 6% and the divorce rate was 1.4 per 1000. Today, the illegitimacy rate is 41% and the divorce rate is approximately 2.5 per 1000. We have incontrovertible proof that the longitudinal impact of the welfare state (coupled with the feminist-inspired "divorce revolution" has caused massive social and economic harm to the nation, the states, and its citizens. Converting the "illegitimacy" metric into feminist marriage does not change the socioeconomic construct or ameliorate the known social consequences. Feminist marriage will unquestionably drive very substantial increases in problematic social trends and taxpayer costs we are already besot with.

I urge organizations opposing feminist marriage to fully research and litigate these points in every case and on every Appeal, including "civil unions" which bear the same discriminatory design absent religious meaning. Opposing feminist marriage on moral and historical grounds does not directly counter the "equal rights" arguments asserted by proponents. The Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) is valuable in the short term, but will eventually be defeated by proponents of feminist marriage. Feminists will chip away at DOMA using the same collection of splatter-gun arguments that fooled seven states to implement feminist marriage.

Corporations supporting the repeal of DOMA are making a tragic mistake supporting feminist marriage. Feminist marriage will demolish men's drive to be successful, motivated workers. It will also further weaken the American job market and harm women's employment opportunities. Our "Competitiveness Gap" with marriage-based Asian economies will expand as men's productivity and educational attainment continues to decline, while growing social problems, violence, and higher taxes stimulate businesses to move jobs overseas.

The sham of feminist marriage is now fully exposed. Now, let us litigate, re-litigate, and legislate it out of existence.

Ambassador Thomas Jefferson had a wake up call the day he met with muslim leaders. Thomas Jefferson asked why are muslims attacking American ships when we are doing nothing to incite any form of violence. To his shock, he recorded the following words spoken by the muslim ambassador Abd Al-Rahman: “it was written in the Qur’an, that all Nations who should not have acknowledged the authority of mohammad were sinners, that it was the right and duty of every muslim to make war upon nonmuslims they could find and to make Slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Muslim who should be slain in battle was believed to go to Paradise.”
Remember there was no Israel nation at this point and there was no American military bases in Saudi Arabia to blame these muslim terrorist attacks. All America wanted to do was to pass by the open seas and engage in fair trade. Even liberal PBS McNeil/Lehrer reported one day on America’s first war by President Thomas Jefferson against the muslim terrorists.

To the surprise of many in our modern liberal and libertarian false worlds, our nation formed its first national Navy and united beyond individual States to a national force, due to muslim terrorist attacks at the foundational years of our nation. The founders of our nation believed that we needed to be united against the threat of islamic terrorism or we would fall as divided States. Muslims were terrorizing Americans by forcefully boarding American ships and beheading our men and enslaving our women and children. Americans were being sold in the open muslim market.

When they offered America an option to pay a nonmuslim tax of up to 1 million dollars per year so they would “allow” us to sail without their attacks on our ships, sadly, John Adams agreed to pay the bribe according to the European model of that day. At one point, up to 20% of our national budget was dedicated to paying off muslim terrorists. Thomas Jefferson argued that the more you pay a terrorist, the more he’ll demand. When he became President, he called on our brave Marines and Navy to go overseas and kick the butt of those muslim terrorists who were ruthlessly attacking our American citizens. {Jefferson used the common colloquialism of his day for this.}

Muslims made the grave mistake of believing that a small nation just formed would not have the power to fight the muslim powers overseas. By the Grace of God, The LORD granted our Marines and Navy great victories and the muslim powers were forced to return several hundred American women children and men. Unfortunately, our first treaty sadly stipulated that America would agree to pay $60,000.00 for these “slaves”. President Jefferson tried to call it “tribute” instead of “ransom”, but rightly, William Eaton remained strongly opposed to the State Department diplomat Tobias Lear on this important matter. By 1807, Muslims began to attack American ships once again and terrorize our citizens abroad. In 1815, Commodores William Bainbridge and Stephen Decatur led our military victories to force muslims to sign ending all “nonmuslim” tax payments by the United States to faithful muslims and that finally put a stop to the muslim attacks on our citizens for a long time.
However, Thomas Jefferson knew the danger of islam was not over. He secured the great Naval Hero rear Admiral John Paul Jones to try to fight off the muslims in Constantinople and return Constantinople to the Christians who had been attacked by muslim ottoman forces and overtaken after several hundred years of failed attempts by previous muslim rulers to attack the peaceful Christians. In an article on this important Naval officer, we read:

John Paul Jones, Father of The American Navy: he engaged in his most famous battle: the Battle of Flamborough Head. The battle took place against the British warship called the HMS Serapis. It was a long battle that Jones nearly lost, but he continued to fight until the very end. His ship on fire and sinking, he refused to give up. When the commander of the Serapis asked him about surrendering, instead of giving the idea any thought, he quickly replied with his famous line “I have not yet begun to fight!”
You can imagine the surprise of the British commander, seeing as the American ship was already in a bad state. But Jones was true to his word, he had not begun to fight. After uttering that reply, he was able to overcome the enemy and actually captured the Serapis.
To illustrate the extent of the damage to the Bonhomme Richard, Jones’ crew tried for almost two days to salvage their vessel, but it was in vain. it was determined that the damage suffered during battle was too great and the ship was left to sink. Jones took command of the Serapis and then made the journey back to France. He was a hero in France and America, receiving awards and titles for his valor.

Prior to that it had started in the beginning of islam by mohammad the false prophet of islam. It has continued for over 1388 years. May this generation be the final generation that allow the terror of islam to be passed on to the next generation!

Glenn BECK played an audio montage of all the politicians who bashed the Tea Party now coming out and heaping praise on the Occupy protests. Disturbing considering all of the rape and crime, etc — but yesterday the protesters really showed how despicable they are when they shouted and terrified school children trying to get into their school.

Barack Obama: “I think it expresses the frustrations that the American people feel. We understand their struggles. And we are on their side. In some ways they’re not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the Tea Party.”

Nancy Pelosi: “And God bless them for their spontaneity. You know, it’s an independent, people coming. It’s young, it’s spontaneous, it’s focused and it’s going to be effective.”

Van Jones: “The best people, the best people in our country right now, the most selfless are down there on Wall Street standing up against the most selfish.”

Glenn Beck: “It is so true. Seven cops were injured. Two have gone now to the hospital. Molotov cocktail was thrown at Salt Lake City in the Wells Fargo bank. 300 were arrested.”

Wait…what was that last one?

There must be a very serious Congressional investigation. More important than funding protesters is the very realpossibility of again engaging in voter fraud!

Homosexual (another made up word to justify) behavior is sexual perversion, IT IS NOT SEX. Sex or INTERCOURSE, PROCREATION can only happen between a man and a woman 100%. All other behavior is PERVERSION 100%. That means those engaged in that perverted behavior thinking they are having sex with a same sex person IS NOT SEX. It is 100% unnatural for same sex person to engage in this behavior and society should never accept it. Occupiers are the Result of Our Socialistic Education System

Nearly a century ago, progressive socialists set out to take over America. One of the ways they planned to accomplish this was to change the face of the public school system. Led by American psychologist and socialist John Dewey, the foundations of the education system began to change.
John Dewey was instrumental in the philosophical changes that took place in the American education system starting back in the 1920s. Dewey and others believed that the school system was the perfect place to reshape the nation. Dewey often said that if you gave him your kids for seven hours a day that he could change the nation. He taught that the schools should be used to teach children basic socialist ideals and that after two to three generations, those ideals planted in the youth would present a culture in America that could lead to a socialist government.
Two generations after Dewey launched his revision of the American educational system, the nation saw the early socialist teachings in the nationwide protests in the 1960s. It was a generation that started rejecting the conservative Christian values of their parents. They succeeded in removing the Bible and prayer from the public schools. Known as the generation of peace and love, they actually promoted anti-American philosophies.
Three generations later, the products of the socialist public education system are holding political offices and successfully changing the American way of life. If you look at the majority of the people involved in the Occupy movements around the country, they are under the age of forty and I would bet that over ninety percent of them are products of the public schools.

They have not been taught the true history of America and what this country was built upon. They have been taught that capitalism, free enterprise and patriotism are actually harmful to our nation and the people. They don’t realize that these are the very things that made our nation great and provided the foundation for the lifestyles that they take for granted.
Instead of the being taught what America was, they are being taught what socialists want America to be. They’ve been taught to blame those that have worked hard and succeeded in business. They’ve been taught that instead of working hard to make themselves successful that they are entitled to certain things and that it is the responsibility of the government to take care of them.
The public school’s three generations of brainwashing is directly responsible for the uprising against the so-called one percent and the demand that they distribute their wealth and give it to those that have no descent work ethic to provide for themselves.
Congratulations Mr. Dewey, the Occupy Wall Street movement is a direct result of your efforts to brainwash several generations of Americans to usher in a truly socialistic society.

Violent, lice-ridden and foul-mouthed with high self-esteem. Ignorant spoiled brats shouting incoherent rage. The Occupiers. The perfect product of the government education machine. Obama's shock troops in the war to "utterly transform America."

In the last two months, the Occupy movement has spawned hundreds of illegal camps and many reports of drug overdoses, rape, robbery and death.

The American public has had enough. Obama got the message. In the last two weeks, cities across the country, led by some of the most liberal pro-Occupy, pro-Obama mayors, have used police to clear the camps. What happened?

Only a month ago, the President praised Occupy, saying the protesters "express the frustrations that the American people feel."

Then last week, the camps were suddenly cleared in cities across the country.

In New York on the order of Mayor Bloomberg, who had protected Occupy Wall Street (OWS); in Oakland, Calif., where Mayor Jean Quan had apologized to Occupy when Oakland police had earlier confronted the protesters; and in Portland, Ore., where Mayor Sam Adams had praised the Occupy protesters when the camps were first set up.

In dozens of key cities where liberal mayors echoed the Obama line that Occupy represented the frustrations of the American people, the violence, lawlessness and incoherence produced a profound backlash. Defecating on the American flag and on a police car did not win the hearts and minds of the frustrated American voter.

Public opinion was turning against the Occupy movement and threatening to derail Obama's reelection juggernaut. Obama never moves faster than when he perceives it's time to throw someone (in this case an entire movement) under the bus to advance his political fortunes.

It is now coming out that, in city after city, the crackdown on Occupy camps was coordinated with federal agencies. Behind the scenes, Obama led the Occupy crackdown.

Local law enforcement agencies in cities with Occupy camps were advised by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on a range of tactics, planning and preparation.

According to blog reports, local police received legal advice from federal agencies on establishing, through local zoning laws and curfew ordinances, the legal bases for the evictions. Tactical advice included the ideal show of force, the hour to strike, and coordination with, and assistance from, various federal agencies.

The FBI reportedly advised on press relations, urging cities to begin the camp clearing when the press was least likely to be present.

Oakland Mayor Quan confirmed to the BBC that 18 mayors had participated in a conference call before the crackdown to share this tactical and practical advice on how to stop a movement that they had encouraged.

In Pittsburgh, DHS did a "threat assessment" on Occupy for local police. Because this assessment did not mention "terrorism," is DHS now doing these assessments for political purposes?

In Portland, the protesters got pictures of DHS agents helping arrest Occupiers who refused to go.

Confronted with evidence of federal involvement in coordinating the crackdown, the FBI, the DHS and local police departments have all clammed up.

But the "no comment" coming after numerous eyewitness reports of federal agents involved in the clearing of the Occupy camps only serves to increase the need to ask—what did the President know and when did he know it?

Worse for Obama, he may have cleared the camps, but only encouraged worse violence from the Occupiers. OWS, cleared from camping in New York's Zuccotti Park, has now threatened to shut down the city's subway system, occupy Wall Street itself, and disperse to new campsites throughout New York.

In Oakland, displaced Occupiers have begun to drift across the bay to San Francisco. However, there the Occupiers face the challenge of maintaining a media profile because they look and act like most of the rest of that city's residents.

It is still amazing as you read this list below that these persons who head the confused movement are actually demands written by Unions think that Unions are actually going to work. Unions never work period and they do not protect the Worker at all except demand dues and fees so they can squander their constituents earnings caring nothing at all but their own power like a Master to the slave. Unions such as these are seriously not for the worker. Now I can see a union of those in a particular trade like the Electricians union, Welders union, having some form of Job coaching, help and wage bargainer if it is kept and CHAINED within the lines of the US Constitution as its ONLY GUIDELINE leaving out international union claws and socialism unions claws. But as we continue to see unions today and their examples such as in Wisconsin, New york, California, Washington State etc., and those in Congress with the President going after Boeing moving to a RIGHT TO WORK State, it is now Proven who is totally trying wickedly hard to end our free market as we know it. There was once a need for Unions against Crony Capitalists, but there time is no more because now we have LAWS in place that now protect all workers having no real need for unions any longer. EVERY AMERICAN HAS A RIGHT TO CHOOSE HIS WORK STATUS and GOVERNMENT must stay out of the way of the free markeT 100% and protect what the PEOPLE decide.

Now these list of demands are the most idiotic of all time and definitely do not belong here in America. Ask any Russian, Chech, Polish, German, Baltic, Slavic, Chinese, North Korean, Vietnam immigrant that these demands have already been demanded in history past this type of demands killed Billions of people. If you CARE to do your history leaving out ideology, you will see that what I am writing is so.

Repeal racist and xenophobic English-only laws.

Discover the 28 fundamental beliefs of the Founding Fathers which they said must be understood and perpetuated by every people who desired peace, prosperity, and freedom.
These beliefs have made possible more progress in 200 years than was made previously in over 5,000 years. Thus the title “The 5,000 Year Leap“.
The following is a brief overview of the principles found in The 5,000 Year Leap, and one chapter is devoted to each of these 28 principles.
Principle 1 - The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law.
Natural law is God’s law. There are certain laws which govern the entire universe, and just as Thomas Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence, there are laws which govern in the affairs of men which are “the laws of nature and of nature’s God.”
Principle 2 - A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong.
“Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters.” – Benjamin Franklin
Principle 3 - The most promising method of securing a virtuous people is to elect virtuous leaders.
“Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. He therefore is the truest friend to the liberty of his country who tries most to promote its virtue, and who … will not suffer a man to be chosen into any office of power and trust who is not a wise and virtuous man.” – Samuel Adams
Principle 4 - Without religion the government of a free people cannot be maintained.
“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports…. And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion.” – George Washington
Principle 5 - All things were created by God, therefore upon him all mankind are equally dependent, and to him they are equally responsible .
The American Founding Fathers considered the existence of the Creator as the most fundamental premise underlying all self-evident truth. They felt a person who boasted he or she was an atheist had just simply failed to apply his or her divine capacity for reason and observation.
Principle 6 - All mankind were created equal.
The Founders knew that in these three ways, all mankind are theoretically treated as:
Equal before God.
Equal before the law.
Equal in their rights.
Principle 7 - The proper role of government is to protect equal rights, not provide equal things.
The Founders recognized that the people cannot delegate to their government any power except that which they have the lawful right to exercise themselves.
Principle 8 - Mankind are endowed by God with certain unalienable rights.
“Those rights, then, which God and nature have established, and are therefore called natural rights, such as are life and liberty, need not the aid of human laws to be more effectually invested in every man than they are; neither do they receive any additional strength when declared by the municipal [or state] laws to be inviolable. On the contrary, no human legislation has power to abridge or destroy them, unless the owner [of the right] shall himself commit some act that amounts to a forfeiture.” – William Blackstone
Principle 9 - To protect human rights, God has revealed a code of divine law.
“The doctrines thus delivered we call the revealed or divine law, and they are to be found only in the Holy Scriptures. These precepts, when revealed, are found by comparison to be really a part of the original law of nature, as they tend in all their consequences to man’s felicity.” – William Blackstone
Principle 10 - The God-given right to govern is vested in the sovereign authority of the whole people.
“The fabric of American empire ought to rest on the solid basis of the consent of the people. The streams of national power ought to flow immediately from that pure, original fountain of all legislative authority.” – Alexander Hamilton
Principle 11 - The majority of the people may alter or abolish a government which has become tyrannical.
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes … but when a long train of abuses and usurpations … evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” – Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence
Principle 12 - The United States of America shall be a republic.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
And to the republic for which it stands….”
Principle 13 - A Constitution should protect the people from the frailties of their rulers.
“If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary…. [But lacking these] you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” – James Madison
Principle 14 - Life and liberty are secure only so long as the rights of property are secure .
John Locke reasoned that God gave the earth and everything in it to the whole human family as a gift. Therefore the land, the sea, the acorns in the forest, the deer feeding in the meadow belong to everyone “in common.” However, the moment someone takes the trouble to change something from its original state of nature, that person has added his ingenuity or labor to make that change. Herein lies the secret to the origin of “property rights.”
Principle 15 - The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free-market economy and a minimum of government regulations.
Prosperity depends upon a climate of wholesome stimulation with four basic freedoms in operation:
The Freedom to try.
The Freedom to buy.
The Freedom to sell.
The Freedom to fail.
Principle 16 - The government should be separated into three branches .
“I call you to witness that I was the first member of the Congress who ventured to come out in public, as I did in January 1776, in my Thoughts on Government … in favor of a government with three branches and an independent judiciary. This pamphlet, you know, was very unpopular. No man appeared in public to support it but yourself.” – John Adams
Principle 17 - A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power by the different branches of government.
“It will not be denied that power is of an encroaching nature and that it ought to be effectually restrained from passing the limits assigned to it.” – James Madison
Principle 18 - The unalienable rights of the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written Constitution.
The structure of the American system is set forth in the Constitution of the United States and the only weaknesses which have appeared are those which were allowed to creep in despite the Constitution.
Principle 19 - Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained by the people.
The Tenth Amendment is the most widely violated provision of the bill of rights. If it had been respected and enforced America would be an amazingly different country than it is today. This amendment provides:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Principle 20 - Efficiency and dispatch require that the government operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority.
“Every man, by consenting with others to make one body politic under one government, puts himself under an obligation to every one of that society to submit to the determination of the majority, and to be concluded [bound] by it.” – John Locke
Principle 21 - Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom.
“The way to have good and safe government is not to trust it all to one, but to divide it among the many, distributing to every one exactly the functions he is competent [to perform best]. – Thomas Jefferson
Principle 22 - A free people should be governed by law and not by the whims of men.
“The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings, capable of laws, where there is no law there is no freedom. For liberty is to be free from restraint and violence of others, which cannot be where there is no law.” – John Locke
Principle 23 - A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education.
“They made an early provision by law that every town consisting of so many families should be always furnished with a grammar school. They made it a crime for such a town to be destitute of a grammar schoolmaster for a few months, and subjected it to a heavy penalty. So that the education of all ranks of people was made the care and expense of the public, in a manner that I believe has been unknown to any other people, ancient or modern. The consequences of these establishments we see and feel every day [written in 1765]. A native of America who cannot read and write is as rare … as a comet or an earthquake.” John Adams
Principle 24 - A free people will not survive unless they stay strong.
“To be prepared for war is one of the most effectual means of preserving peace.” – George Washington
Principle 25 - “Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations — entangling alliances with none.”- Thomas Jefferson, given in his first inaugural address.
Principle 26 - The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore the government should foster and protect its integrity.
“There is certainly no country in the world where the tie of marriage is more respected than in America, or where conjugal happiness is more highly or worthily appreciated.” Alexis de Tocqueville
Principle 27 - The burden of debt is as destructive to human freedom as subjugation by conquest.
“We are bound to defray expenses [of the war] within our own time, and are unauthorized to burden posterity with them…. We shall all consider ourselves morally bound to pay them ourselves and consequently within the life [expectancy] of the majority.” – Thomas Jefferson
Principle 28 - The United States has a manifest destiny to eventually become a glorious example of God’s law under a restored Constitution that will inspire the entire human race.
The Founders sensed from the very beginning that they were on a divine mission. Their great disappointment was that it didn’t all come to pass in their day, but they knew that someday it would. John Adams wrote:
“I always consider the settlement of America with reverence and wonder, as the opening of a grand scene and design in Providence for the illumination of the ignorant, and the emancipation of the slavish part of mankind all over the earth.”

Tea Party Group Presents Its Own Debt Commission Report

As the Congressional committee charged with reining in the deficit nears its deadline for coming up with a way to cut it by at least $1.2 trillion over 10 years, the Tea Party — or at least, a small group aiming to represent the Tea Party — is presenting its own ideas.
The group, the Tea Party Debt Commission, has been soliciting ideas from Tea Party supporters over the past several months, and will release its final recommendations on Thursday, at a hearing on Capitol Hill convened for it by conservative senators and House members.
When it was formed, its organizers said that the commission would prove that the Tea Party, which tends to like the idea of cutting deficits rather than actual cuts, could in fact come up with a specific plan – one with far more ambitious goals than the joint Congressional committee that is supposed to release its recommendations next week.
The Tea Party budget, as the group calls it, claims to balance the budget in four years, and reduce federal spending by $9.7 trillion over the next 10 years, all while making permanent the Bush-era tax cuts.
If this sounds too good to be true, many will argue it is. Some nonpartisan voices, such as the Congressional Budget Office, have disputed the cost savings that the report estimates for things like repealing the health care legislation passed in 2010, which the Tea Party refers to as ObamaCare.
Among the group’s recommendations are things that have long been favorites of conservatives and/or libertarians — it’s a little bit Ronald Reagan, a little bit Ron Paul.
It would, for instance, eliminate four cabinet agencies – the two that Rick Perry remembered (Education and Commerce) as well as Energy and Housing and Urban Development. It would get rid of a host of other programs and agencies, including Legal Services, the Small Business Administration, the AmeriCorps volunteer program and the National Endowment for the Arts.
It casts a wary eye at the Federal Reserve, too, suggesting it should be eliminated. The report also endorses the idea of “competing currencies,” where people could opt out of using federal reserve notes and conduct business in gold-backed notes and precious metal coins instead.
Not surprisingly, it would also repeal the health care legislation “in toto.” The commission’s report argues that this would save more than $1 trillion over 10 years. But the Congressional Budget Office has said that repealing the act would increase the deficit by $210 billion in that time.
Another of the commission’s ideas is to “end all foreign aid to countries that don’t support us,” which it acknowledges is subjective. Commissioners began with the assumption of ending all foreign aid, but then decided that countries like Israel might be deserving of it. It also argues to reduce the number of troops deployed for “certain” overseas military operations to 45,000 by 2015, but does not define which military operations it would end.
The commission also sets up a budgeting-by-popularity-contest feature, where taxpayers could earmark 10 percent of their tax payments each year to three federal agencies of their choice. The money would be a bonus for agencies that people like (though none would get more than a 10 percent top up).
But cuts to foreign aid and even eliminating entire departments are just nibbling around the edges of deficit reduction. The fastest-growing share of the budget is in mandatory entitlement programs like Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. With those programs, the Tea Party budget would allow all new Medicare beneficiaries to enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefit Program. And it would turn Medicaid into a block grant program – states would get a certain amount of money to spend, forcing them to come up with ways to cut costs.
The commission also argues for allowing workers born after 1981 to invest half of their payroll taxes in a private account, an approach it calls the Galveston or Chilean plan — after a county in Texas and the country in South America, both of which allow similar private accounts.
Rick Perry and Herman Cain have endorsed similar plans on the campaign trail. But the plan in Galveston has actually cost more than Social Security, with the higher cost being borne by the county’s taxpayers. And workers do not rely solely on these plans for retirement income: they are also enrolled in pension and 401(k)-type programs.
Some of the commission’s other recommendations are also subject to debate. Arguing to “scrap the tax code,” it says that “massive over-regulation is killing this economy.” But a survey by the National Federation of Small Business, which has joined Republicans and Tea Party supporters in fighting the health care legislation, says that the “single biggest problem” facing its members is low sales, not government regulation. And Labor Department data shows that government regulation has accounted for less than 1 percent of layoffs in the last three quarters.
The commission was formed and largely run by FreedomWorks, the Tea Party incubator led by Dick Armey, the former Republican leader in the House. FreedomWorks named the commissioners, who are a dozen Tea Party activists from across the country, and organized field hearings across the country to take testimony. It also sponsored a Web site where people could choose between different potential cuts to the budget.
Many of the final recommendations, especially those around energy policy and private savings accounts for health care, are ones that FreedomWorks was pushing even before the advent of the Tea Party movement in 2009.
The hearing to be held Thursday afternoon is being convened by several Tea Party-inclined legislators, including Senators Mike Lee of Utah and Rand Paul of Kentucky, and Representatives Joe Walsh of Illinois, Steve King of Iowa and Jeff Flake of Arizona.
Adam Brandon, a spokesman for FreedomWorks, said that while the commission has no power, it hopes that lawmakers will incorporate its recommendations into legislation.

"I'm 83 and I'm Tired"

I'm 83. Except for brief period in the 50's when I was doing my National
Service, I've worked hard since I was 17. Except for some some serious
health challenges, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn't call in sick in nearly
40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my
income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as
though retirement was a bad idea, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who
don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take
the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy
to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I
can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and
daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight
offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't
"believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning
teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the
genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and
Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let
Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques
and madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia, New Zealand,
UK, America and Canada, while no one from these countries are allowed to
fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other
Arab country to teach love and tolerance..

I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global
warming, which no one is allowed to debate.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help
support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ
rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses
or stick a needle in their arm while they tried to fight it off?

I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of all
parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful
mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting
caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

I'm really tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and
actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination
or big-whatever for their problems.

I'm also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and
early 20's be-deck them selves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making
themselves un-employable and claiming money from the Government.

Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 83.. Because, mostly, I'm not
going to have to see the world these people are making.. I'm just sorry for
my granddaughter and her children. Thank God I'm on the way out and not
on the way in.

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us
sends it on!

More and more evidence comes out against this Anti American movement. Yes this movement is Anti American because most of these confused folks turned against their own country that gives them every opportunity to climb out of the CLASS WARFARE that seem to own them. They been listening to fools and mob rules. If one of these persons ever really cared to learn real truth they would learn that our American United States Constitution is th freest document in human history. They would learn that they can even individually become very rich if they chose to but it has to be by hard work. Most of these people are entitlement hungry, selfishly motivated, sinfully ravenous, lawless, and the tax payer has to clear them out to clean up the areas they camp out at because of unsanitary conditions. That means they are very slothful messy persons who have no care for anythings except their own bellies they basically worship besides the drugs and excessive debauchery that motivates their beastly desires. They do not even consider their movements embarrassing conditions, even the Liberal lame stream Hollywood Media are embarrassed to report the whole truth. It is just that the Liberal lame stream media hate Americans like the TEA PARTY so they would rather tell lies about the TEA PARTY than report the truth about the OCCUPY Embarrassment.

Exposed--Occupy movement's movers and shakers

From the beginning when plans were first laid for the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement that would begin in September, this writer reported that the movement was not what it seemed. More evidence has now been uncovered exposing the movement’s movers and shakers, and the next phase of their activity which is slated to turn more disruptive and confrontational..

In an investigative report by Aaron Klein, published by World Net Daily last evening, new information points to massive chaos, gridlock, and shut-downs of subways, bridges, and the stock market.

Klein discovered that the Tides Center, a George Soros funded Leftwing organization, is participating in training Occupy participants for the next phase of activity. The training is entitled, ‘Action, Preparation, and Training for November 17th, November 30th, and Beyond.’ The Tides Foundation, according to the report, has sent significant funds to the movement.

In addition, Stephen Lerner, an organizer for the labor union SEIU, has been involved from the beginning in the Occupy movement’s attempts to shut down the Brooklyn Bridge. Lerner’s former boss at SEIU is Andy Stern, who now serves as a special adviser to Barack Obama and who visited the White House more often than any other visitor. Lerner himself has been a guest at the White House at least 4 times.

In an investigative report by Aaron Klein, published by World Net Daily last evening, new information points to massive chaos, gridlock, and shut-downs of subways, bridges, and the stock market.

Beyond the resources provided by Tides and SEIU, a disturbing source of training has been uncovered by Klein, who reports that manuals used by ‘The Ruckus Society’ are being utilized by the Occupy movement in planning so called ‘direct action techniques.’

It was the Ruckus Society that helped organize the protests at the World Trade Organization meeting in Seattle in 1999, which turned violent. This writer had predicted in an article on October 30 that the movement would take a dramatic violent turn.

Note the titles of some of the Ruckus manuals being used by Occupy leaders: ‘Blockading for Beginners,’ ‘Anonymous Riot Guide,’ and ‘Uncle Sam the Pusher Man.’

Another Tides operation involved in the Occupy movement is the magazine Adbusters. The magazine was allegedly the source of the initial idea for the Occupy movement, taking its cues from the Arab Spring protests in Egypt and other nations in the region.

Klein also discovered that another Soros operation, Moveon.org, is directly involved in the Occupy movement. Again, Moveon is funded by the Tides Center.

In previous Examiner articles on the movement, this writer further uncovered connections between Occupy and extremists such as Bill Ayers, Jodie Evans and Code Pink, and ACORN. Ayers was the first to envision and implement the ‘Days of Rage’ in Chicago in 1969 during which dozens of citizens were seriously injured and millions of dollars of damages to personal property was perpetrated.

Organizers of the Occupy Movement had originally intended to name their plot ‘The U.S. Days of Rage’ but changed the name in order to prevent the public from making a connection between the movement and Leftwing terrorist organizations, such as that run by Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernadine Dohrn.

A memo received by this writer further indicated that Occupy organizations had instructed participants to avoid using the terms ‘Marxism’ or ‘Communism’ in their chants or conversations with reporters and citizens. The objective? To hide the fact that the movement is Marxist to the core and seeks to totally destroy capitalism and the American government as codified in the U.S. Constitution.

The movement has also been rife with malfeasance in connection with loans that Obama guaranteed to the owners of the park in New York City where the protesters gathered and put up their tents.

If it is not enough to see this same movement of wickedness wanting to ruin our nation so anarchy and socialism will be the norm and the ME-DIA continues to bash the Tea party as the evil terrorist group, here we have even more evidence of OWS movement. These are not Americans any longer, these are mostly selfish persons bent on entitlements who have no respect for law or the working person. They rather LEECH of the system instead of contributing their efforts to help build a free society the RIGHT WAY.

But it is ALL OUR FAULT America. We all became neglectful in watching our Nation. We elected officials who are of the same OWS mold. We put many in the highest offices of our Nation. We sat idly by while they lied their ways into office and most of us PAID their campaign funds so they could get there. We watched as Capitalism abusers and cronies continue to defund American Constitution and we did this since the fall of JFK. We did not remember the 60's and 70's protest nonsense that is of the same mold. We have all the evidence against these liberal socialism movements and we still supported the Liberal Media believing every lie they put forth still to this day. Now that we have internet, these same Liberal AntiAmerican Media outlets lobbying for their liberal socialist counterparts now want to regulate the Truth.

It is out fault for not caring. It is time to repent of our ungodly ways and stand for truth again, the Solid truth and to stop supporting these media outlets as well as those who are despising our Constitutional Republic. Professed Occupy Portland Members Arrested Carrying Bombs Intended for Police

A traffic stop of a speeding vehicle led to the arrest of three men, who claimed to be Occupy Portland demonstrators, and the seizure of incendiary devices, gas masks and fireworks.

Traffic Safety Deputy Ryan Postlewait saw a gray Subaru Outback going southbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 245 at 8:40am. It was traveling at a high rate of speed. Using his radar, he verified the speed of the Subaru at 81mph. Postlewait initiated a traffic stop.

The driver of the car was identified as William Maxwell Patterson, 21. The passengers in the car were identified as Emery Nicholas Luff, 21 and Zachary Salzwedel-Kemp, 20. All three were from Klamath Falls.

During his initial contact with Patterson, Deputy Postlewait detected the odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the car. A search of the car yielded a baggie of marijuana and paraphernalia for smoking marijuana.

In addition to the marijuana, Postlewait found a quantity of firecrackers and two commercially manufactured mortars like those fired into the air during professional pyrotechnic displays. The mortars were contained in glass "Ball" canning jars. One was found on the floorboard at Luff's feet; the other was in a jacket belonging to Luff. Also found in the car were two gas masks, some protective eye goggles, and safety helmet.

All three suspects said that they had spent the night at the Occupy Portland demonstration. They admitted that they brought the seized items to the demonstration in preparation for a confrontation with police when they expected to be forcibly removed from the park. They admitted being at the protest during the police confrontation and had left about an hour before Postelwait stopped them.

During the earlier Occupy Portland confrontation between police and protesters, a Portland Police Officer was injured when protesters began throwing fireworks at them. These subjects denied being involved in throwing the fireworks at the Officer.

The subjects were questioned further about the explosives. Each of them said that they knew the "Ball" canning jar would explode and cause glass shrapnel to fly out and possibly cause injury to anyone close to it.

Salzwedel-Kemp and Patterson described an incident that occurred when they were younger. They put a homemade "Piccolo Pete" explosive inside a beer bottle and detonated it. The resulting explosion caused a shard of glass to fly into Salswedel; lacerating his leg so badly that he required stitches to close the wound.

All three were arrested and booked at the Marion County Jail:

Patterson is charged with Unlawful Possession of Fireworks and Possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 oz of marijuana). Patterson was cited & released from the jail with a December 12th court date. (photo attached)

Luff was charged with Unlawful Possession of Destructive Device, Unlawful Manufacture of Destructive Device and Unlawful Possession of Fireworks.   Luff remains in jail with a court date of November 14th at 3:00pm. (photo attached)

Salzwedel-Kemp was charged with Unlawful Possession of Fireworks and Possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 oz of marijuana). Salzwedel-Kemp was cited & released from the jail with a December 12th court date. (photo attached)

The Portland Police Bureau was advised of the discovery and arrest. Officers working the demonstration were warned that other demonstrators might have devices similar to those seized from Luff, Patterson and Salzwedel.

In various cities across the country, mobs of mostly young, mostly incoherent, often noisy and sometimes violent demonstrators are making themselves a major nuisance.
Meanwhile, many in the media are practically gushing over these "protesters," and giving them the free publicity they crave for themselves and their cause -- whatever that is, beyond venting their emotions on television.
Members of the mobs apparently believe that other people, who are working while they are out trashing the streets, should be forced to subsidize their college education -- and apparently the president of the United States thinks so, too.
But if these loudmouths' inability to put together a coherent line of thought is any indication of their education, the taxpayers should demand their money back for having that money wasted on them for years in the public schools.
Sloppy words and sloppy thinking often go together, both in the mobs and in the media that are covering them. It is common, for example, to hear in the media how some "protesters" were arrested. But anyone who reads this column regularly knows that I protest against all sorts of things -- and don't get arrested.
The difference is that I don't block traffic, join mobs sleeping overnight in parks or urinate in the street. If the media cannot distinguish between protesting and disturbing the peace, then their education may also have wasted a lot of taxpayers' money.
Among the favorite sloppy words used by the shrill mobs in the streets is "Wall Street greed." But even if you think people in Wall Street, or anywhere else, are making more money than they deserve, "greed" is no explanation whatever.
"Greed" says how much you want. But you can become the greediest person on Earth and that will not increase your pay in the slightest. It is what other people pay you that increases your income.
If the government has been sending too much of the taxpayers' money to people in Wall Street -- or anywhere else -- then the irresponsibility or corruption of politicians is the problem. "Occupy Wall Street" hooligans should be occupying Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington.
Maybe some of the bankers or financiers should have turned down the millions and billions that politicians were offering them. But sainthood is no more common in Wall Street than on Pennsylvania Avenue -- or in the media or academia, for that matter.
Actually, some banks did try to refuse the government bailout money, to avoid the interference with their business that they knew would come with it. But the feds insisted -- and federal regulators' power to create big financial problems for banks made it hard to say no. The feds made them an offer they couldn't refuse.
People who cannot distinguish between democracy and mob rule may fall for the idea that the hooligans in the street represent the 99 percent who are protesting about the "greed" of the 1 percent.
But these hooligans are less than 1 percent and they are grossly violating the rights of vastly larger numbers of people who have to put up with their trashing of the streets by day and their noise that keeps working people awake at night.
As for the "top 1 percent" in income that attract so much attention, angst and denunciation, there is always going to be a top 1 percent, unless everybody has the same income. That top 1 percent has no more monopoly on sainthood or villainy than people in any other bracket.
Moreover, that top 1 percent does not consist of the "millionaires and billionaires" that President Obama talks about. You don't even have to make half a million dollars to be in the top 1 percent.
Moreover, this is not an enduring class of people. Nor are people in other income brackets. Most of the people in the top 1 percent at any given time are there for only one year.
Anyone who sells an average home in San Francisco can get into the top 1 percent in income -- for that year. Other one-time spikes in income account for most of the people in that top 1 percent.
But such plain facts carry little weight amid the heady rhetoric and mindless emotions of the mob and the media.

Porn is the most addictive thing on the planet, kind of up there with the worst of illicit drugs creating war upon our American borders because of our customer base and yet there is no real war on this industry that enslaves millions even though we understand that it is a choice to indulge in it or not but it is still a dangerous addiction non the less. We can say that porn is one of the most criminally insane causes for the criminally insane. The Examples are all over the news consistently on a daily basis in one form of sick adultery or another being reported. From sex scandals with students in public schools and colleges, the clergy, most celebrity shock newspapers, to the Presidency and Washington DC, to the worst forms of child abuses ever. How can anyone truly proclaim that PORN is protected by free speech and is a freedom when it is clearly immoral? Immorality is not a freedom it is a bondage. That is a grave lie for the Porn industries victims who they profit off of. Porn is not freedom of the press and was never on the minds of the architects of the Constitution. They made sure every citizen in the future knew what would become of America if we allowed immorality of any kind to be considered freedoms or a Constitutional right.

History of this profession has proven the well deserved drastic demise of societies that fell into these sinful behaviors. Porn and every other sin leads societies to destruction plain and simple and this is proven fact not opinion.

One thing I can agree with OCCUPY movement is that their are some CRONY corporations that need to be exposed and held accountable for their despotism. Porn is one of these industries along with the illegal drug trades including marijuana medical myths and those other particular industries that make victims of human beings and cause them to fall into dangerous sins and terrible sicknesses. Praise GOD HE delivered me out of these bondages of sins that once ruled my life and still continue to tempt me, but now I can overcome because I am forgiven which now means I now can rely on his strength to overcome these atrocious temptations.

IF you are addicted to porn or anything else like drugs etc etc make sure you understand the dangers of it. These addictions reach down to your soul and destroys. But GOD made a way out for you.

Young men in their 20s apparently have no groove in bed — and it's all because they're addicted to pornography, according to a report in Psychology Today.
But the problem is much more serious than simply either being good or bad in the sack, it's a physiological issue causing a new generation of men to lose their libidos 30 years sooner than expected.
How did this happen?
According to the report, overexposure to sexually explicit images and video have caused men to lose interest in ordinary sexual encounters — including experiences with a real woman:

Today's users can force [their] release by watching porn in multiple windows, searching endlessly, fast-forwarding to the bits they find hottest, switching to live sex chat, viewing constant novelty, firing up their mirror neurons with video action and cam-2-cam, or escalating to extreme genres and anxiety-producing material. It's all free, easy to access, available within seconds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After a period of time, excessive porn watchers overstimulate a neurochemical in their bodies called dopamine — the drive behind every "want" and "desire" that humans feel we need to "overcome." But with your libido in constant drive mode, your dopamine reaction will become numb and, eventually, you won't be aroused by the same experiences as before.
This occurrence is similar to veteran drug-users describing their need for stronger mind-inducing chemicals in order to receive the same "high" they once had. In the same way, porn-addicted men will need more extreme sexual experiences to feel the same kind of arousal.
It's an endless cycle and if you think Viagra will help, you're wrong.
Sexual-enhancement drugs work by breaking down a blood vessel dilator called cGMP and this is what causes an erection. If your libido is over worked, the drugs can only cause a physical erection, but a pleasurable sensation cannot be achieved.
The only cure is to avoid internet erotica at all costs, but this will be "one of the most difficult things you've ever done," says the study.
In order to have "normal" sex again, a "reboot" period — six to 12 weeks — is needed by completely letting go of your pornographic nature. Addicts can experience a temporary loss of libido altogether as well as "insomnia, irritability, panic, despair, concentration problems, and even flu-like symptoms."

A major push to circumvent our constitutional method of electing a president is currently being efforted by the 501(c) organization National Popular Vote Inc., a George Soros funded who’s who of the progressive left. With the recent addition of California to the list, nine states have now signed into law a bill that awards all of the state’s electoral college votes to the winner of the “national” popular vote for president.

These nine states have provided this dangerous and unconstitutional movement 132 of the 270 electoral votes required to win the presidency. Once this group has 270 electoral votes, the electoral college will be rendered moot, the constitution will be undermined and the U.S. President will be elected based on popular vote.

Why is electing a president by national popular vote a bad idea?

Our founding fathers understood that pure Democracy (majority/mob rules) can lead to the curtailing or elimination of liberty for the minority or stated another way; pure Democracy leads to tyranny of the majority. 50%+1 of the population can impose their will on the remaining 50%-1 of the population. History has shown us that this can lead to, among other things, dictatorships, totalitarianism, discrimination and slavery.

Under a National Popular Vote, 100% of the citizens in a state could vote for candidate A and all of the state’s electoral college votes go to candidate B, rending small states powerless and the will of the people in the state irrelevant.

It’s a ridiculous idea dreamed up by George Soros Stooges in an attempt to circumvent the constitution and ensure a progressive will always control the administrative branch.

Federalism

There is also the issue of Federalism, state’s rights and state sovereignty. This concept can be easily understood by looking at the structure of the U.S. Senate. Each state, no matter the population in the state, sends two Senators to Washington to represent the interests of that state. No one state has more power in the Senate that any other state. This helps to ensure that larger, more populated states cannot impose their will on smaller, less populated states.

The same concept applies to the electoral college and the presidential election. We cannot allow a few large states to decide who our president will be. All states must be fairly represented and the electoral college helps to ensure that all states have a voice.

Collectivism, Progressives and Funding

The national popular vote movement grew out of the 2000 election, where George W. Bush won the presidency but Al Gore won the popular vote. This infuriated the left in America so they decided if they could convince the larger states to support a national popular vote for president, a few of the largest, most progressive states would control who is elected president, ensuring that a progressive would always control the administrative branch.

That’s when billionaire George Soros stepped in to fund and support the movement via his myriad 502(c) outfits, such as the Progressive States Network and Common Cause.

Common Cause has received $2 million from Soros’s Open Society Institute in the past eight years, according to grant data provided by Capital Research Center. Two panelists at Common Cause’s rival conference nearby — President Obama’s former green jobs czar, Van Jones, and blogger Lee Fang — work at the Center for American Progress, which was started and funded by Soros but, as a 501(c)4 nonprofit “think tank,” legally conceals the names of its donors.

How to escape from the drastic Bondage of Homosexuality.

LOVE can never be achieved in perversion. LOVE is not perverted and LOVE knows no unrighteousness (1 Cor 13). The Gay movement would call this hate speech which will be next on their agenda AGAIN to ruin free speech AGAIN. I will just bet in New York and again throughout out broken marxist California which is my home state will be dismissing or approving again these perversions. Finding Care in the Calamity of Gay Pride

For those caught in the calamity of the normalization, celebration, and institutionalization of homosexual behavior, there are resources for help. Today let me just mention one cluster.

Probably the most authoritative scholarly work on homosexuality and the Bible is Robert Gagnon, The Bible and Homosexual Practice (Abingdon, 2001). Educated at Dartmouth and Harvard Divinity School, Gagnon teaches at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

He has a web site, www.robgagnon.net, with numerous links which may be helpful, especially at the level of what the Bible actually teaches and why it is still relevant today. But also at the level of personally coming out of homosexual and lesbian lifestyles.

To give you a taste of Gagnon’s heart and mind I quote this important section from his book:

Perhaps worst of all is the knowledge that a rigorous critique of same-sex intercourse can have the unintended effect of bringing personal pain to homosexuals, some of whom are already prone to self-loathing. This is why it needs to be emphatically stated that to feel homosexual impulses does not make one a bad person.

I deplore attempts to demean the humanity of homosexuals. Whatever one thinks about the immorality of homosexual behavior, or about the obnoxiousness of elements within the homosexual lobby, homosexual impulses share with all other sinful impulses the feature of being an attack on the “I” or inner self experiencing the impulses (Romans 7:14-25). The person beset with homosexual temptation should evoke our concern, sympathy, help, and understanding, not our scorn or enmity.

Even more, such a person should kindle a feeling of solidarity in the hearts of all Christians, since we all struggle to properly manage our erotic passions. A homosexual impulse, while sinful, cannot take shape as accountable sin in a person’s life unless one acquiesces to it.

Thus a reasoned denunciation of homosexual behavior and all other attempts at nurturing and justifying homosexual passions is not, and should not be construed as, a denunciation of those victimized by homosexual urges, since the aim is to rescue the true self created in God’s image for a full life (The Bible and Homosexual Practice, 31).

Yes the same law he gave to Moses and the one Jesus said that not one jot or tittle will ever be removed from the law. Now we know Jews believe that we must keep the law while Christian know that Jesus made it part of us now and we could never keep it but both parties agree that we must preserve our Constitution in order for America to remain a nation of individual freedom based on this simple 17 page document. Now WE know why so many selfish and wicked people want it destroyed because GOD saw it was good. It is evident in how our nation was formed amongst all the ridicules arguments against our founders. IF you take the founders at their word they are opposite of their accusers. So again we see how the wicked in the world want American system destroyed so desperately. They are funding the wicked in our own country. First we must clean house and deal with the wicked on our soil but deal with them indeed. IF you care you will do everything gin your power to stand for what is right and Pray especially for God's will to remove the wicked or wake them up as he did each of us who are now saved. This guy I believe is behind all the voter fraud, LAME STREAM MEDIA NON COVERAGE, anti-Americanism, funding all the riots in the middle east, a jew who hates Israel existence, one who is a puppet master of Obama and the liberal democrat party because OH YEAH HE FUNDED THE CAMPAIGN FOR A NOBODY LIKE THE CLINTON' Administrations. He helped GORE's attempt on Florida's voter fraud to get Gore into office and falied. One thing I will never understand that if Obama is ignorant or stupid seriously then how did he ever get into the White-house? 1. They say he ran one of the best campaigns in history which I beg to differ. My Discernment may be looking through a glass dimly but I do not think O really was voted into office legally and it seem no one want to seek out the Voter fraud of all candidates. Isn't it weird that even Stewart Smalley Al Franken, Harry Reid, Governor of California Moon Beam Brown, most in California etc etc races were seemingly fixed, New Yorkers continuing to vote in their career liberal politicians ? Seriously did anyone truly check out if illegal aliens or other strange votes like most of the computer votes seriously voted these guys in? By rejecting US President Barack Obama's proposal for Israel and its troops to pull back from the West Bank to behind the indefensible 1967 lines, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu lands in the company of eleven Middle East and North African rulers who spurned Washington's Middle East policy in the six months of the unfolding Arab uprising. Egypt's Hosni Mubarak was the only one to keep faith with Obama and he was pushed out for his pains.
Barack Obama's presentation of his Middle East vision Thursday, May 19 had three immediate results:

1. Every surviving regional leader was confirmed in his determination to keep his distance from US administration policies;

2. Another nail was driven in the coffin of the stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace process;
3. The fuel that was poured on regional tensions increased the prospects of an Israel-Palestinian or an Israeli-Arab war this year.
No Israeli politician can afford to back away from the demand that Israel retain a security presence and defensible borders along its eastern boundary and, even more so, on the West Bank in any future peace accord. This fundamental principle was not denied by opposition leaders Tzipi Livni and Shaul Mofaz even as they poured boiling oil on the prime minister's head for getting into an argument with the US president.
But this repudiation is exactly what Obama wants.

The notion that Israel can achieve security through peace talks is a pipe dream because no Palestinian negotiator will think of seeking fewer concessions from Israel than the ones laid down by the US president. He will simply use the speech as a starting-point for the biggest squeeze Israel has ever faced.
Obama saw this maxim played out in his first two years in office: First, he said Netanyahu must freeze West Bank settlement construction. The Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, when he first heard about it, found the demand absurd – it had never been put to any former prime minister either by Washington or the Palestinians. But after Obama led the way, Abbas could demand no less. So he shrugged and turned this demand into a useful pretext in his maneuvers for wriggling out of talking to Israel.

The Israeli Prime Minister after practically begging the Palestinians to sit down and talk for two years has now put his foot down against the new Obama proposals. If he stands by this refusal, he leaves the vast region stretching across the Middle East, the Persian Gulf and North Africa without a single political, military or royal ruler willing to accept Obama's new policy principles. The only possible exception may be Turkish Prime Minster Tayyip Erdogan.
The regional anti-Obama opposition falls into two camps:

The largest consists of eight former American allies, some of them ex-strategic partners, which is headed by the Saudi royal family.
A leading Saudi spokesman Nawaf Obaid brought the Riyadh-Washington rupture out in the open for the first time on May 16 in the form of a Washington Post op-ed.

"In some issues, such as counterterrorism and efforts to fight money laundering, the Saudis will continue to be a strong US partner," he wrote. "In areas in which Saudi national security or strategic interests are at stake, the kingdom will pursue its own agenda. The oil for security formula is history… The special relationship may never be the same…”

Saudi King Abdullah has already swept the half a dozen GCC (Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Gulf) behind the separate security and strategic policies he is pursuing independently of the US and often diametrically opposed to Obama's course. He has invited Jordan, Morocco and Yemen to join the group.
The suggestion put by Jordanian monarch Abdullah II to Obama this week that the US transfer its sponsorship of the Israel-Palestinian issue to the GCC underscored the rising power of the new Gulf grouping and was firmly rejected.
The second camp consists of four anti-US Arab rulers, Syria's Bashar Assad, the Libyan Muammar Qaddaf, President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen and King Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa of Bahrain, who have resorted to armed violence to suppress the pro-democracy movements sponsored by President Obama.
Saudi Arabia is propping the Bahraini and Yemen regimes up with cash, arms, military assistance and intelligence. All four are determined to do whatever it takes to avoid the fate that befell Hosni Mubarak.
The only leaders who until Thursday, May 19, stood out against joining both those camps were the military council ruling Egypt and the Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas.
The generals in Cairo nod obediently when faced with demands from Washington and do nothing.

The Palestinian leader called the Obama speech "disappointing" in that no timeline or diplomatic mechanisms were offered. The US President poured scorn on Abbas' plan to seek unilateral UN recognition of Palestinian statehood in September, hoping to shut the door on yet another ploy for avoiding peace talks with Israel. The Palestinian leader may well defy him.
Abbas, even after losing his key patron Mubarak, is still juggling several balls in the hope of pushing Israel into a corner. Netanyahu, for his part, having stayed passive in the face of the new currents blowing in from Washington and the Arab revolt, has reached crunch time with the US president without strong cards.

A falling-out between the White House and the Israeli prime minister will also box Abbas into a choice of which anti-Obama Arab camp to jump into – the group led by Saudi Arabia or the Syrian group which also includes Hamas with whom he has just signed a unity pact.

In the long run, that pact may have saddled him with undesirable options.

If there was every any question that radical pro-aborts despise the pro-life movement, it was answered two weeks ago.

At Clarion University in Pennsylvania, pro-life students created a memorial for the unborn killed every day in our country.

For every 10 babies killed in a single day, the students placed one cross. Over 350 were planted.

Disturbingly, the memorial was desecrated by radical pro-abortion fanatics.

Every single cross was turned upside down, a satanic symbol.

Even worse, in red paint made to look like blood, they wrote pro-choice with a pair of baby’s feet above the words.
It was truly a disgusting mockery of a meaningful memorial.

Every day it becomes clearer that many pro-choice fanatics view our desire to save the unborn as an attack against women and retaliate in upsetting and often violent ways.

In fact, a recent study showed that pro-choice violence against pro-life is significantly more common than the reverse.

The Abortion Lobby tells us we need to educate instead of trying to pass a law to prevent abortion, while they preach the burden of pregnancy and child rearing while offering abortion as an easy “alternative.”

Let's Look Around and See What is Happening!

It is not easy to find, or name, an Arab Islamic organization that is not a terrorist organization - or that doesn't support terrorist organizations. Fatah, or the Arabs that live in Judean and Samaria who call themselves "Palestinians", have now joined forces with the terrorist organization Hamas. Fatah's Mahmoud Abbas has now referred to Osama bin Laden as a "great leader" and a "great martyr". Abbas has been supported by the American administration and has been given billions of dollars over the past few years to build his army. Many within this "Palestinian" army - a.k.a. the "PA Security Forces" have been fully trained and armed by the American government. Well, surprise, surprise. They are all now joined together with Hamas in Gaza, as the result of a meeting with the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt who now control that country along with al-Qaida. To add insult to injury, Egypt has now opened the Rafah Border crossing between Egypt and Gaza - giving them freedom of movement to ship more weapons into Gaza for the coming war. This negates having to use the hundreds of their smuggling tunnels. Now all that is required is to drive truck loads of weapons and ammunition across the Egyptian/Gazan border.

With this information in mind it becomes impossible to believe, or understand, how Obama can now still insist that Israel sit and talk with the PA - who are a part [and have always been] of the Terrorist organization whose sworn purpose is to destroy Israel. With the Islamic Caliphate almost in place across the whole of the Middle East now, the time for war seems very near indeed.

I should stay away from this subject, but I will put in my "two cents" worth anyway! To begin with I don't believe anything Obama says "period". He simply is not capable of telling the truth on any subject. So I will stick my neck out once more and say there is something very fishy about Osama bin Laden being dumped into the sea so quickly. You don't give that kind of courtesy to a terrorist who has supposedly killed thousands of Americans unless you are trying to hide something. As for the pictures that are floating around on the Internet - they look like his head has been freezer burned and placed on a body that doesn't belong to it. But that is only my opinion, call me what you like for saying so? So, I will leave it at that - knowing that many of you will have plenty to say about this! As for the latest Birth Certificate - it is a proven fake and that is a fact, not a "conspiracy theory".

It is also my belief that what Obama has done to the USA, and the world, may be irreversible. One thing is certain; the longer he remains in the Oval Office the worse things will be. His greatest sin has been, and will continue to be, his treatment of Israel. God cannot lie. Just look around and see the proof of this - His chastisement is already falling upon those nations who are coming against His people Israel. We haven't seen the full extent of that yet. Nevertheless - it's on the way.

As for this ministry we have a commission and those who have been called to come alongside in support have been chosen by God, and I thank God every day for you. Connie and I have to make many trips this summer if time and finances allow. One of our most pressing matters is the establishment of emergency communications. The need for better routes, safe houses and co-ordination between the right people is a logistic problem that constantly changes. We are in need of support and we must have a larger boat as the two 60 footers we now have are simply insufficient.

In the meantime the needs here in Israel keep pressing in upon us. In the past we have always helped three families who needed help with food and assistance. We know that when we bring new ones here they will need a lot of help also. If we are not prepared now it will be too late when they come to us soon. We need help- and we require finances to meet that need. For the time being we can only pray knowing that what we are talking about is another Holocaust as Jews are already starting to run for their lives.

Each one of us can make a difference, and collectively we can make a very large difference. But it starts with each of us individually. As for the Golden's, we are committed to do our part and make whatever sacrifice is necessary to follow the leading of the Ruach Ha Koddesh (Holy Spirit).

With all that is happening globally it is easy to be distracted. I want to encourage you to keep your eyes on Yeshua (Jesus). Prepare for your family and be very kind to others, for they need what you have to offer. And if God has partnered you with this Ministry then we need to hear from you.

For about maybe twenty years we can guess-ta-mate that Osama (usama) Bin laden, a prince of Saudi Arabia, a maybe aristocrat, but all in all a man turned radicle muslim extremist who basically with help and with a good education masterminded many well thought out terrorist attacks including claiming responsibility and praise for bombing the Twin Towers in New York.
Here is one of the men solely responsible for all the great and well thought out theories of conspiracy of Sept 11th 2001 as well. So many documentaries of a theoretical nature have come out either acquitting Osama in theory to actually proving that he was one of the men responsible for these attacks and for many other attacks across the planet. Al Qaeda , the Taliban, and maybe many other radicle islam names such as the Muslim brotherhood was this man proven to be part of all the organizations that all saw the western civilization as the great satan. We must remember Osama was very wealthy man and was still a prince so he had the money to fund organization and the following to do the things he executed. I believe Osama even helped Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the unholy caliphate continue to keep their Islamic stranglehold on Iran as its own modern caliphate in the last election when we know clearly the other guy won and so did the Iranian people who want an American style system in place. Do we remember Persians do not want an Arab religion?? But all that maybe be just theoretical here say on my part but it see ms evidence point to this and the truth will come out eventually as everything usually does praise GOD.
But thus far we know Osama finally met his demise and reaped what he sowed. Every man has his unique seasons in life and Osama had his anti-christian beast war last for 10 years. Who knows maybe another antichrist will come up like him and continue the same acts of jihad which we should still like ISRAEL profile. This also voids the liberal slogans like the one that kind of makes those that claimed "BUSH LIED PEOPLE DIED" like the fools they have always been and basing everything on misinformation or downright theories. Liberals now has a great blow against their credibility, President Obama had really no enthusiasm in his victory speech. Goes to show you that his administration are the same people who used those terrible anti American slogans against Bush and the Tea parties. Bush was right and Obama even quoted Bush in His speech. That must of hurt just a little.

May Obama turn from liberalism and Anti colonial, anti American, anti constitutionalism and come to Christ for real and actually read Scripture and take GOD at HIS WORD so he can actually be a good President the rest of his term. I pray he truly disappoints the liberals and the traitor George Soros and all the slaves he owns. Eventually they will all answer for the traitor-ism against the Constitution, our fore fathers and the American people. On the off note let me say with all honesty I like President Obama as a person. President Obama truly is a very nice and charismatic person and I just bet he is cool to hang out and have a few laughs with. He may be a little narcissistic but hey are not most humans?? Instead of bashing him
as I have been, I would like to correct myself and bash his confused or programmed beliefs instead. Obama inherited them and has been very used by other wicked ideological extremist and he owes them for helping him get elected. Now that what it seems. I pray again GOD wakes up Obama and his family and he repents seriously. I rather President Obama's soul goes to heaven instead of him gaining the whole world like Osama bin laden has and now is facing an angry GOD. Better to be saved and being sanctified than being punished forever to where we all deserve.

The announcement that al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden had been killed in an American operation in Abbottabad (150 north of Islamabad in Pakistan) was made early Monday, May 2, by US President Barack Obama at the White House. The first lead to his whereabouts had been received in August. Last week, Obama said, he authorized an operation on the ground to go after Bin Laden in Pakistan.

"It was a special operation carried out by a small team of Americans last night," he said.

None were harmed and care was taken not to harm civilians. "After a firefight, bin Laden was killed and the US force took possession of his body."
The US president said he had called the Pakistani president and prime minister overnight about the operation, the most significant event in the long fight on terrorism. He repeated the words of President George W. Bush: the US was not at war against Islam but a mass murderer of Muslims. America must remain vigilant, he said.

Upon hearing the news, jubilant crowds gathered around the White House and other parts of America singing, dancing and shouting USA… USA! Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton published notices of congratulation to their successor and US intelligence and military on the triumphant conclusion of the long pursuit which they initiated.
debkafile's counter-terror experts note that Bin Laden's death while momentous has not terminated the threat of al Qaeda terror, whose main thrust has refocused in recent years on the Middle East and Africa, especially in places like Yemen, Somalia, Algeria and the Sahara.

Kelly on Sunday night issued a message to all police commands reminding them that while there's no information indicating a specific threat to the nation's biggest city officers should remain alert following President Barack Obama's announcement of bin Laden's death.

More than 20 NYPD officers were killed in the Sept. 11 attack on the World Trade Center.

David Wilkerson was a trumpet in our generation. No matter where you were in life somehow, someway, something he did or said infiltrated many lives and a radicle change happened or something that made you question your own life and where you were headed. HE even had a hollywood movie about him and his ministry that his ministry was a American significance and yet he was not a famous mega church pastor. In fact he was a better role model for Pastor. We may disagreed on some instances of Doctrine maybe, but all in all he was solid in his ministry. I have never had the chance to meet the man to thank him for always interrupting my life when I was in my BC days. There are many ways GOD reaches us in America through many ministries but David Wilkerson was one of these LOUD TRUMPET interruptions to sound about the narrow way. Thank you GOD for what you did through this man while he was on planet earth. May his ministry still win souls to you JESUS like the parable of the Wheat.

“David served the purposes of God in his generation, then he died” (Acts 13:36).

On Wednesday afternoon my father, David Wilkerson, passed away in a car accident. We grieve the loss of a beloved father, a faithful husband and a holy man of God. My mother, Gwen, his wife of 57 years, was in the car also, but we are told she will recover fully.

Dad’s 60-plus years of ministry have impacted the lives of those closest to him and extended to millions around the world. Today we feel a personal loss, but at the same time we rejoice knowing Dad lived life to the fullest, obeying God with devotion and loving Jesus radically.

He was known for his unlimited faith. He believed God could change the lives of gang members and transform the most desperate drug addicts. He believed that a dynamic church could be launched in the heart of Times Square, New York City. He believed he could be a man who loved his wife and children well. And he did.

Dad was not one for fanfare, acclaim or ceremony. He turned down invitations to meet with world leaders yet would give everything he owned to support a poor orphan or a widow in distress.

Like King David of old, Dad served God’s purposes in his generation. He preached with uncompromising passion and relentless grace. He wrote with amazing insight, clarity and conviction. He ran his race well and when his work was done, he was called home.

I don’t think my father would have retired well. I don’t think he was one to sit in a rocking chair and reminisce about times past. I believe that Jesus, knowing this, graciously called him home.

Dad’s last mission on earth was to be an advocate for the poorest of the poor—to provide relief and support for hungry children and widows and orphans. After founding Teen Challenge, World Challenge and Times Square Church, he sought to feed starving children in the most impoverished countries in the world. Today, Please Pass the Bread is saving the lives of thousands of children, through 56 outreaches in 8 countries.

Like King David of old, after having served God’s purpose, he died. I know if my father were able to encourage you with his words today, he would invite you to give your all to Jesus, to love God deeply and to give yourself away to the needs of others.

The works he began outlive him. We can all attest to his impacting us—not only in his preaching, writing and founding of world-changing ministries, but in his love, devotion, compassion and ability to stir our faith for greater works.

Of all the hype and media frenzy blocking the channels so Americans are FORCED to have to suffer through something that has no significance on anyones lives, here we are again having to witness another countries folly for the continuing soap opera of a family who has no significance to anyone really. What is the difference between one couple getting married than another? While one is of a monarchy and one is not. But what is the difference between the couples getting married? Nothing. They both love each other and are making a vow. The difference is one couple is wasting all kinds of unnecessary spending for one of the most expensive weddings an done is spending something rather reasonable. Royalty has no significance seriously but as I hate to admit it GOD gives. HE reigns on the rich as well as the poor but I ask do we really have to force everyone in AMERICA to watch England's envy? What is so important about another countries Royal wedding that they have to waste our airwaves to report something that is not important to AMERICA or has anything to do with our nation? I wonder if our forefathers cared about what English prince was marrying in their day lol. Of course that is a big NO!. Amazing to what people put on, report on, and waste their time on something that has no significance. And why am I even writing about it?

Since I started this BLOG AMLO, I once called it the American Moral Liberties "union" and then when I realized how awful Unions were truly in the 20th century all across the World including the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic and the American Civil liberties UNION founded by a Communist, I changed the name to AMERICAN MORAL LIBERTIES ONION because I truly cannot stand unions and there socialistic ideologies whether they admit it or not. Being in the State of California who allows unconstitutional forced unions, I currently being forced to pay dues with no benefits and I have many times tried to get this union to stop sending me or forcing me to pay this unfair dues when I want nothing to do with any UNIONS? UNIONS ARE UN-AMERICAN PERIOD GET IT?

I understand we have a particular union like when the Presidential Address every year called the state of the UNION. I also understand that in the Civil War it was the Union against the Confederates. BUT WE ARE A CONSTITUTIONAL FREE SOCIETY GRANTED TO US BY A LIVING DOCUMENT FROM 52 FOUNDING FATHERS. WE ARE A FREE UNITY NOT A UNION. We are a historical society that has actually been blessed by GOD at one time...never in history has a society existed between the cultures since the times of Nimrod. America is the youngest nation in the world and we changed societies forever. Since men were free guess how much knowledge increased because EQUAL freedom. Many nations truly want to follow suit and set up similar societies so their nation can be FREE. But those within our own Nation are running amuck desperately setting up their marxist idols.

First of all , All humans whether they believe it or not are owned by GOD period. HE is in complete Control since we are created in HIS IMAGE. To understand who you are GO TO THE ONLY SOURCE, JESUS and HIS WORD which is the Holy Scriptures. If you do not Read what HE gave mankind to understand then how will you ever know, You think your own understanding is better? That would be truly foolish and fools always perish even if they have an intellect.

But we know GOD gave us the ability to choose, that is called not a freewill but a free agency and we have a right to be a being. This is what GOD gave us. Life is a gift and JESUS is the Life. In His-Story HE in history gave us America and individual rights another PROOF that man cannot rule by himself or rule others governmentally for that matter. GOD gave humans their own personal portion but in order to keep that Portion and satisfaction we must realize that it is only GOD that can satisfy us alone. Once we live in this only truth then we can live and have our being.

This is what the Founding Fathers understood. They may have understood it denominationally etc. Etc. but they all agreed. This is why we have a US Constitution and a Bill of Rights. This is also why we have a Declaration of INDEPENDENCE.

As we seen in Wisconsin the last couple of days how the Unions and Looney Lefties who attacked and accused the TEA PARTIES for hate speech, went out to the streets with Hate signs and terrible attacks against their own Governor for cutting benefits and with common sense told Teachers and others that they have to PAY FOR YOUR OWN BENEFITS, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FOR THE TAX PAYER TO PAY YOUR BENEFITS< YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RETIREMENT AND HEALTH BENEFITS. But the Governor went to an Unnecessary agreement and a compromise fair step and said they only have to pay a certain 6 percent more of toward their health and retirement while the tax payer picks up the rest. You see this governor is trying to SAVE THE STATE FROM GOING BANKRUPT TO WJERE IF IT DOES NO ONE GET ANY MONEY OR PENSION IF THEY GO BROKE. The Union selfish hoards went out to the streets Proclaiming and accusing this Recently ELECTED IN NOV2010 was a dictator and a Hitler for trying to save the State 30 Billion, Money that the state needs to not go broke and also underneath PROVING that Americans according to the Constitution are not entitled to anything including retirement or health from the TAX PAYER,THAT IS A PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT for ANY State or FEDERAL Government to pay their entitlements. YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN WAY AND PAY YOUR OWN WAY.

Funny thing is WHY does the government give their employee's better benefits, more huge retirement and health entitlements etc. on at tax payer expense more than the private sector does? Do we really need that many Government jobs in this nation? Wouldn't you think we need more private sector jobs and or opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses that are the true systems of the FREE MARKET that is alive and well that create jobs in the first place because Government is not their to create jobs but to protect against foreign or domestic cronyism of all kinds? Or am I on the wrong understanding?

To understand when the Unions in America first formed this was for dangerous work situations, working people of according to a class warfare with low absurd pay and unfair wages that some cronies of companies abusing capitalism were doing to the HIRED workers. And Organization of the PEOPLE stepped in because at that time Government was well doing the same cronyism, and these NON PROFIT organizations formed and came to a reasonable agreements and compromised on a set of rules for the worker and for the employer. Basically as I dug and read they were Constitutionally formed and not socialistic yet or should I say PLAGUED by Marxism.

But now and for a long ignored while UNIONS have became a Socialism anti capitalism Tool for self centered despots and have created an unconstitutional entitlement pension programs for health and retirement that no one nation tax payer can afford like the CRASHES IN EUROPE. THEY CREATED A PONZI SCHEME since these cronies of Unions were given power they have abused the system from the other side, so now we have a war between Companies and Unions. Since we have had this Union vs company war in the 20th and 21st century "MADE IN AMERICA" has been becoming to nil terribly and here we are in 2011 struggling to create ideas and inventions to put people to work. From Big Companies, Government cronies, Union cronies, and as well as world Big Corp cronies who have invaded all united together to create a CLASS WARFARE Globalism type mentality which should have never been nor belongs to the AMERICAN WAY EVER. But they are here poisoning the people and laughing all the way to their secret bank accounts elsewhere etc etc. while the lower masses are enslaved by their ideology. TOP DOWN Bottom up and crush the middle remember the Communism establishments in Baltic States etc in 1940's??

This is why America rarely competes anymore in the market or it is being shadowed by the media and government secrets to discourage Americans not to invent or drum up ideas to compete. SO some choose not believe this until they are on their death bed usually when their lungs and heart are giving out because their time has come. Are you entitled not to AGE?? Well you aging anyway and you will die eventually as all humans do. DID YOU FORGET THAT THE HUMAN RACE IS CURSED? DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED NOT TO BE?

So this whole nonsense of Protest by these liberal, SOCIALISM UNION, out cry in Wisconsin and other states is a un-American game to ruin America. America is not a land of entitlement, it is a land of freedom, freedom to work, freedom to own your own land and property, freedom to prosper or not. IT IS NOT FREEDOM TO RELY ON GOVERNMENT, UNIONS, OR ANY OTHER HUMAN ENTITLEMENT DESPOTISM. This is a land of fair laws or supposed to be GET IT? You deserve what you were hired to do if you work for someone else or for the tax payer and that is it. You HUMAN are responsible for your own benefits for retirement and health for your family. 13 “But he answered one of them, ‘I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? 14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’

16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

So as the riots continue in America crated by these anti constitutional despots who think or aRE TOLD the world owes them a living , I say to you , you better start to understand YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED to anything but what you were hired to do or what you have EARNED FOR YOURSELVES. The American taxpayer does not owe you a pension. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ALONE.

Milwaukee NBC affiliate WTMJ reports on a side of the Wisconsin budget protests that isn't getting much play: how do the college students who support Gov. Scott Walker's budget proposal feel? According to the news station, some students feel they're being forced to attend anti-budget protests:
From WTMJ:

Some students at UW-Oshkosh say they felt forced to show up at a rally at UW-Oshkosh. Some claimed they felt pressure from most of their professors to participate in campus rallies against the budget bill. Some students who don't agree with the protest also were upset their classes were canceled - a move against university policy.

And now the protests have migrated to HOMES of Republican politicians. Yesterday morning at 7:30, some two dozen members of an organized group called DC VOTE descended on Speaker Boehner’s residence to deliver a message. They were chanting,

“Don’t tread on DC!”
and

“No taxation without representation.”
The group is allegedly upset at a current budget proposal that would cut some federal funding to the District as well as limiting the use of Federal funds for needle exchange programs and abortions.

The Capitol Police were on the scene to manage the crowd, but the question remains – Why did DC VOTE think it appropriate to bring their protest to the private residence of an elected official? The group’s executive director Ilir Zherka is quoted as saying;

“Speaker Boehner is coming to our home telling us how to spend our money, we decided to come to his house to tell him to leave D.C. alone.”
This is not the first time a protest has moved from public spaces and migrated to private homes. Less than a year ago, 500 SEIU-organized protesters showed up at the home of a Bank of America executive.

And just last month in DC, protesters swarmed the residence of a man who has been vocal about his support for Wal-Mart’s plans to build four stores in DC, stores that could bring as many as 1200 permanent, full-time jobs to the area.

Are these isolated incidences or is a trend developing? The right to assemble in public and protest is fundamental to the American political system. However, this relocation of protests from public spaces to private homes sounds more like something from a Medieval revolt, a storm-the-castle moment. It is certainly an issue to be addressed sooner, rather than after someone is held captive in their home by an angry mob circumventing the political process that has served our Republic for over two centuries.

Dear friends,

I am writing this to you as a witness to what is going on from the streets of Cairo over the last few days. We have been following the developments since January 25th, which started with a large group of Egyptian youth taking to Tahrir square in an anti-government protest with specific demands. I know some of these people who were in that group and I talked with them. What is happening now has nothing to do with this original protest! What is happening right now is a conspiracy to topple Mubarak from outside the country!! I am not a conspiracy theorist, but let me tell you what I have personnally witnessed on the streets of Cairo.

I want to share first what the LORD told me on Friday morning.

I went to the LORD in prayer on Thursday evening, praying like many others for protection and for the restoration of peace and security in my land. I told the LORD: "Father, answer my prayers with rain", which He has several times before. I went to sleep. I woke up on Friday morning and went directly to prayer. Immediately, I sensed a strong urgency from the LORD saying: "As the people of Egypt presented their requests to Mubarak, I am calling on My people to rise up before me and present their requests to me for their nation". I went on to hear the LORD: "Let the Holy Council assemble". I didn't understand who this Council was, but I knew in my heart that the LORD meant that there are people in my land that are called by the LORD to stand before him as His Holy Council with authority to make declaration over the land, to establish the Kingdom in the land. My demands to the LORD were not political ny nature. I prayed for "good news to the poor, freedom for the oppressed, healing for the brokenhearted, and the acceptable year of the LORD" as the Holy Spirit gave guidance. The LORD spoke to me the words "JUSTICE" and "TRUTH". As I went to talk with Rania afterwards, she told me that she had been awake all through the night, and that IT RAINED around 12:45 am. It was very strong, but not for a very long time (a few minutes). I knew then that it was the LORD. The LORD spoke Psalm 97:1-2:

The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad;
let the distant shores rejoice.
Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

Indeed, there had been unusual clouds and very thick fog in December over Cairo, unprecedented in frequency and intensity. Again, the words TRUTH (or righteousness in the English translation) and JUSTICE resounded.

As we followed the unfolding of events including the announced change in government and president Mubarak's speech, we wondered why the international news media is focusing only on the thousands in Tahrir square who are escalating their demands and refusing dialogue. The news media is reporting this as "the people of Egypt" wanting Mubarak to leave immediately. Did they ask the "people of Egypt?". For one, they did not ask me! Where are those, like myself, that want change and reform, but accept the changes that Mubarak is proposing, and want a peaceful transition through elections in September?

We decided to take to the streets to voice our opinion. On Tuesday February 1st we went to Mustafa Mahmoud square in Mohandessin. There were about one thousand people there around 3:30 pm. (yes, we broke the curfew). the crowd grew to about 2500 by 5:00 pm. People were calling their friends over the phone telling them to come. We left at about 6:30 pm and returned yesterday, Wednesday, starting at 11:00 am. The small group had swelled to TENS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE standing together with banners saying things like:

- yes to stability, yes to Mubarak

- give change a chance

- we are sorry Mr. president

- we accept dialogue, we trust you

- no to ElBaradei, no to the muslim brotherhood (many like this one)

- we are the Egyptians, where is Al-Jazeera, let them come and see

- no to corruption, no to vandalism

- we got what we asked the president for, so why are people still in Tahrir? Who are they? What do they want?

etc., etc., etc.

By 2:00 pm, the crowd had grown to SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, maybe up to a million, stretching from Sphinx square to Sudan street. We had a great sense of unity and victory. We met with people who were in the original protest in Tahrir square who decided to join us saying: we got what we asked for, and now we accept Mubarak's changes and proposals".

We left around 4:15 pm. The numbers had grown even more, POSSIBLY OVER A MILLION. As we drove home we saw the same slogans on banners all over the city, on cars, on walls, on shop windows. We learned that similar demonstrations are taking place ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, IN MAY DIFFERENT CITIES. THIS IS THE CRY OF THE PEOPLE OF EGYPT THAT IS BEING TOTALLY IGNORED BY THE INTERNATIONAL NEWS MEDIA. Is this on purpose??!!! I am perplexed!!! I am wondering: How come CNN, the BBC, and others are reporting ONLY the anti-government protests as the voice of the people? This is not JUSTICE, this is not TRUTH. There have been reports that these people are being paid by the government. NOT TRUE! I was there with many many others. I SAW THE STREETS.

Now to the situation in Tahrir square. Only a few people (hundreds?) are still there from the original protesters. They have been slowly replaced by other HIGHLY ORGANIZED GROUPS. They all have the same model of cell phones. They all have the same blankets (eye witnesses). THESE ARE NOT THE PEOPLE OF EGYPT. Some witnesses claim that they don't look Egyptians, and don't sound Egyptians (different accent, different dialect). THIS IS A BIG ORGANIZED COUP TO TRY TO CONVINCE THE WORLD THROUGH THE MEDIA THAT EGYPT WANTS MUBARAK TO GO, AND THE MEDIA IS PART OF THE DECEPTION. People in Tahrir square are escalating the situation on prupose to topple President Mubarak FOR THEIR OWN HIDDEN AGENDAS. This is TYPICAL OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERS, AND EVERYBODY IN THE STREETS OF CAIRO KNOWS THIS. We heard people on the streets saying that the plot to take over the country is now clear. THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIA DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW THIS. The escalation of violence in Tahrir square is because of this. Egyptians who love Egypt, the millions that took to the streets yesterday, want this to end. They fully understand that president Mubarak is between a rock and a hard place, that he cannot quench the unrest in Tahrir through the army, so the people want to go to Tahrir to disperse the crowds there by themselves. People in Tahrir are vastly outnumbered. If Egyptians go the Tahrir square to take control of the situation, more chaos will erupt, giving a chance to the international media to blame the President even more.

If Egypt falls, then neighbouring countries are going to fall one after the other. WE NEED PRAYER, WE ASK FOR TRUTH, WE ASK FOR JUSTICE, and above all LORD, in wrath, REMEMBER MERCY. Stand with us. The Lord calls Egypt "My people". He is calling on His HOLY COUNCIL in the land of Egypt to stand before Him, to make declarations in the heavenlies to establish a new 'constitution' in the land based on the principles of the Word of God, to establish a 'new foundation' for His kingdom to come. Pray for the schemes of the enemy to be annulled and voided. Pray for deception to be exposed. We humble ourselves and pray. We seek the Face of the LORD. We turn from our wicked ways. LISTEN TO US LORD, FORGIVE US, HEAL OUR LAND. In the Name of Jesus.

30 Egyptian Prison Guards Killed By Foreign Hizbollah/Hamas Unit, 22 Terrorists Freed

Hizballah terrorists hear sentencing by Egyptian court

A joint Hizballah-Hamas unit used the havoc in Egypt to storm the Wadi Natrun prison north of Cairo Sunday, Jan. 30, and break out 22 members of the Hizballah's spy-cum-terror network, tried and convicted in Egypt for plotting terrorist attacks in Cairo, the Suez Canal and Suez cities and on Israeli vacationers in Sinai in 2007-2008. This is reported by debkafile's counter-terror sources.
The second object of the break-in was to release Muslim Brotherhood inmates to boost the anti-Mubarak street protests now in their second week across Egypt.
In April 2009, Hizballah's leader Hassan Nasrallah admitted he had sent Sami Shehab to Egypt to establish the network. It soon became one of the most dangerous terrorist cells ever to be exposed in the region in recent years. Among its members were also combatants of the radical Palestinian Hamas.
Thursday, Feb. 3, Mahmoud Qmati, Hizballah member of the Lebanese parliament, was glad to announce that all 22 members of the network, including its leader Sami Shehab, had been freed from jail and returned home safely. He provided no information on how this happened.

The unit assigned by Nasrallah for the jail-break consisted of 25 trained Hizballah and Hamas gunmen. When the riots erupted in Egypt, they started making their way from Gaza to Egypt via smuggling tunnels. On the way, they picked up weapons and explosives in El Arish, northern Sinai, under cover of an onslaught armed Palestinians and Bedouin had launched against Egyptian security forces - partly for this purpose.
The break-out team was met at the Suez Canal by Muslim Brotherhood activists who ferried them across to Ismailia on the western bank by Egyptian smuggling boats. From there, they were driven to the Wadi Natrun prison, one of the largest in Egypt, to be briefed outside by former MB inmates on the guard and security arrangements in the jail and the locations of the cells holding the Hizballah, Hamas and Brotherhood convicts.
After days of surveillance, the team struck.
Explosives and missile-launched grenades flattened the outer gates killing at least 30 Egyptian prison guards who tried to fight them off. Small explosive devices were used to smash internal gates and clear the way to the cells. To expedite the escape of a large number of prisoners, they also blew big holes in the prison's outer walls.
Outside, they were collected by a large convoy of trucks and buses brought in by the Muslim Brotherhood which distributed its freed members around the disturbance hubs in Cairo.
A smaller convoy of minivans carrying the 22 Hizballah and Hamas convicts and their liberators made its way by various routes past Egyptian security forces, who were fully engaged with the protest riots, to Sinai and onto the Gaza Strip. As soon as the escape was discovered, Egyptian forces in Sinai and Israeli forces on the Egyptian border deployed in an effort to stop them entering Gaza, but were too late.
This audacious Hizballah-Hamas attack on the Egyptian prison was the first major quasi-military operation they had ever carried out deep inside Egypt.

Egypt another perspective.

So many think that these events is Biblical prophecy of the coming end what is happening in Egypt to which maybe some extent it is in many instances because history is repeating itself, but to myself it is nothing new under the sun. As Jesus foretold in Matt 24 the random things and birth pangs that are signs of the end and of His coming these are still similar events that are just a fact of reality. Sin is running its course once again in the same instances it has before. This sudden uprising after 30 years of Oppression, when it is weird but not strange that Egyptians and all the middle east are revolting finally against their once accepted regimes again is just another example of history.

So really nothing is being resolved on a secular or a religious point, it is all the same Social justice systematic evil that never works whether it is religious or secular. Update from Egypt. I know everyone is asking the question, why is the Egyptian people revolting. Here is whats happening, as all of you know Egypt is a Muslim Country, under Islamic rule and Sharia Law. For many years the Egyptian people have not been able to speak freely as well as freedom of religion. Under Sharia Law the current regime uses this to oppress the Egyptian people for the last thirty years. Under sharia Law there is no democracy. Not only that, they didn’t try to stop the persecution against the Coptic church in Egypt. Earlier on in the beginning of the year there was a terrorist attack by a suicide bomber at a church in Alexandria. The Coptic Christian Egyptians started to object and demonstrating in the street against the attack on their church. Thousands of Coptics started a peaceful demonstration in the street to get the government to hear their voices and object that no one from the current regime and government had moved forward with any kind of punishment. The church in Egypt was praying that God will stand beside his church and protect the Christians in Egypt. On 1/25/11 a group of college students started to gather together in a peaceful demonstration against the current regime. Thousands and thousands start joining them due to the corruption, oppression, and economic situation in Egypt from the current regime. The Spirit of Awakeness started to move in the street of Egypt and many millions of Egyptians start seeing the danger of the current regime, and its corruption. In the beginning it was a peaceful and good demonstration, to get their voices heard and to seek change, but suddenly the Muslims brother hood start to join the protesters and the demonstration became more violent each day.

It seems every time you turn around online there is always that attack of the porn industry trying very hard to get your attention in some ad, link, email, or Youtube, television, movies, even radio like persuasions on a 24 hour basis. Money is usually the greed that comes along such a simple sin and just flaunting your nakedness in some fashion becomes a very deadly addiction eventually. Perversion is an attraction and such a sly sin that enters the mind. The Bible says not to let sin to enter your heart and to guard it which many of us fail especially single Christians.
How hard it is because of this rotting flesh that surrounds our new spirit and it stinks of the filthiness we once were dead in. I myself battle with this on a daily basis being not married and it is no wonder the devil knows these easy weakness we fail at. Satan uses these tactics because HE knows how selfish we are for he is the king of selfishness. Porn is a wicked industry and it is no wonder why many fall into these sins. Is this one of the plagues GOD brought on America because America forgot about GOD? This is why we as Christian must grasp on Christ robes and hold on tight asking JESUS to hold on tight.

Now if you are struggling as a Christian like ALL Christian do, when you come across these temptations, have you been learning that all those in the porn industry and those who support it are all lost souls of course? When you are tempted to look, can you see that these persons are on their way to eternal damnation or are in it as they live being condemned already? These are peoples sons and daughters doing these acts, these may be your sons and daughters or brothers or sisters, even some of these could have been your parents just to give us a selfless perspective. We cannot say they are all victims because that is not all true but these persons are those in bondage to these chains leading them to destruction. This we need to make clear to ourselves when we are tempted. At first it may seem appealing when we venture and fall into temptation but if we can ask GOD to give us the perspective and armor to see through these tempting sins.

It is no wonder Paul says to FLEE SEXUAL IMMORALITY.

Now in America, it is been said that we are the biggest indulgers of pornography and the biggest corporation of it ever stating that American has fallen by the wayside as a lost soul. America once was alive with morality and loving ones neighbor but the American fell asleep and has allowed this industry to flourish. This industry is a huge plague. It makes all those sick with sin as American's continue to ignore the destructive effects that Porn continues to do to societies. America continues to allow this to be a money making industry claiming this is protected by the Constitution when the Constitution has nothing in it to support sexual immorality of any kind. The founders rightfully knew this to be factually true when they founded this country;

As for We who once struggle with these very sexual sins, we must continue seeing all these through GOD's eyes knowing how detestable it is and hating the very industry that produces it. We must also understand that these are lost souls as well who need a Savior because how will they ever escape without him. We know many fall into prostitution , many become molesters and rapists, many fall into adultery and it breaks up many marriages,many become homosexual because of their early on practiced uncontrollable desires alters their thinking to where they are trapped in their addictions believing they are normal. Porn has spread thickly across our nation so rapidly and it is one of the major causes of Societal decline. Is it any wonder why so many want despotism to reign again our Constitution? Do you see why Socialism is gained its grip? And they blame it on capitalism which may have had some part but who spoke against it?

In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.

If you are struggling with this, continue to seek JESUS no matter what. But make sure you change you perspective when you are tempted to look upon what is shameful. These are lost souls in this industry, every one of them in the pictures, movies and whatever else and if you can see them in this light as the darkness is being exposed, you are using your armor when tempted.

NEW JERSEY – February 1, 2011– A Planned Parenthood manager in New Jersey coaches a man and a woman posing as sex traffickers how to secure secret abortions, STD testing, and contraception for their female underage sex slaves, and make their whole operation “look as legit as possible” in an undercover video released this morning.

Clinic manager Amy Woodruff, LPN, of Planned Parenthood Central New Jersey’s Perth Amboy center, warns the pimp and his prostitute to have their trafficked underage girls lie about their age to avoid mandatory reporting laws, promising, “even if they lie, just say, ‘Oh he's the same age as me, 15,’…it's just that mainly 14 and under we have to, doesn't matter if their partner's the same age, younger, whatever, 14 and under we have to report.” She says, “For the most part, we want as little information as possible.”

Woodruff also recommends how the pimp can get his prostitutes cheaper contraception by claiming they are “students”: “If they're minors, put down that they're students. Yeah, just kind of play along that they’re students--we want to make it look as legit as possible.”

If one of the young trafficked girls needs an abortion, Woodruff refers the pimp and prostitute to the Metropolitan Medical Association, where “their protocols aren’t as strict as ours and they don’t get audited the same way that we do.” The prostitute in the video asks how long after the abortion until the girls can have sex again, and when Woodruff says “minimum of 2 weeks,” she asks what sex acts the girls could still do to make money. Woodruff advises, “Waist up, or just be that extra action walking by” to advertise sex to potential clients.

Sex trafficking is punishable under federal law and carries a potential life sentence. The new video is released by Live Action, a pro-life new media organization led by 22-year-old Lila Rose. The video airs just days after Planned Parenthood’s leadership suspected the sting operation and sought an FBI probe of Live Action in order to deter the release of the exposé. Live Action is sending full footage to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, NJ Attorney General Paula Dow, officials at the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and other law enforcement officials, requesting federal and state investigations into Planned Parenthood’s sexual abuse and sex trafficking cover up.

From one crises after another, the Middle east or I should say those Middle East Cowards who are uprising because we have cowards in Washington, and so we seem to be repeating the same gas hikes, the same type of inflations and deflations, newer recessions and more anti Constitutional behaviors on our own soil. It is no wonder the Middle east cowards are causing insurrections. Muslim Brotherhood, yes the same Brotherhood that killed Anwar Sadat who made peace with Israel which no MEDIA seems to be talking about, and yes this was during another liberal democrats watch, Jimmy Carter. Wow, history basically repeating itself but now more worse. Terrorism Soon to Flood Israel via Jordan To The East, and Egypt to the West, of Israel. ***ALERT UPDATE: B. Obama Tells Mubarak To "Quit"***

According to my news source, an Iranian delegation was planning last June, 2010, on grandstanding a publicity event by standing on a wall between Egyptian and Israeli border, with Egypts permission, to provoke Israel, Saturday June 19th, 2010. This would have been reminescent of the days of Isaiah, the Old Testement prophet scriptures Isaiah 36, when the king of Assyria sent a messenger to cause division in Israel toward submission to the enemys king. It's getting hot over there. Ultimately, the Iranian deligation was refused permission to grandstand and provoke Israel from Egypt. How obsurd are the enemies of Israel. The below Scripture refers to Assyria, (today's Iraq). However, Iran today was Persia yesterday, but the situation is reminescent.

The above is what the Assyrian king said to the Hebrews, trying to convince them to submit to the Assyrian king. In that instance, Israel was victorious and not defeated.

Unless God intervenes, the above title will be true. Yesterdays MSN reported in a widely circulated internet article of the treaty between Egyp and Israel, mentioning Sinei regions where military has taken over security. Upon searching for any mention whatsoever of that , I found the same article with that part wiped out of the article. I found NO mention of the treaty anywhere, except for my long-time Mid-East news source, Debkafile. It is evident with the police and military sympathizing with Egypts citizens desire to topple Egyp President, Hosni Mubarak, that the border of Israel and Egypt, close to Jordan and Soudi Arabia, is at the heart of this matter.

Egyptian reinforcements reached northern Sinai Monday, Jan. 31 to hunt down Hamas gunmen from the Gaza Strip battling Egyptian forces for control of the territory. Two were captured. debkafile's military sources report that the gunmen of Hamas's armed wing, Ezz e-Din al Qassam opened a second, Palestinian, front against the Mubarak regime on orders from Hamas' parent organization, the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, confirmed by its bosses in Damascus. The Muslim Brotherhood is therefore more aggressively involved in the uprising than it would seem.
debkafile's military sources report that Sunday, Hamas gunmen attacked Egyptian Interior Ministry Special Forces (CFF) stationed in the southern Egyptian-controlled section of the border town of Rafah and the Sinai port of El Arish. Saturday, Bedouin tribesmen and local Palestinians exploited the mayhem in Cairo to clash with Egyptian forces at both northern Sinai key points, ransack their gun stores and free prisoners from the local jail. Officials in Gaza City confirmed Sunday, that Hamas's most notorious smuggling experts, including Muhammad Shaar, had broken out of the El Arish jail and reached Gaza City.
Sunday, Hamas terrorists aimed to start pushing Egyptian forces out of the northern and central regions of the peninsula and so bring Egypt's border with the Gaza Strip under Palestinian control. Hamas would then be able to break out of the Egyptian blockade of the enclave and restore its smuggling routes in full. The reinforcements from Cairo Monday were instructed to drive them back into the Gaza Strip. Early Sunday, they began moving east through the tunnels under the Suez.
Our military sources further report that the Multinational Force & Observers (MFO), most of whose members are Americans and Canadians, are on maximum alert at their northern Sinai base, while they wait for US military transports to evacuate them to US bases in Europe.
This force was deployed in Sinai in 1981 for peacekeeping responsibilities and the supervision of the security provisions of the 1979 Peace Treaty between Egypt and Israel under which the peninsula was demilitarized except for Egyptian police. Ending the MFO's mission in Sinai after thirty years knocks down a key pillar propping up the relations of peace between Egypt and Israel.
The Egyptian troop presence in Sinai, which violates the terms of the peace treaty, has not been mentioned by either of the peace partners. Our Jerusalem sources report the Netanyahu government may have tacitly approved it.
Hamas' Gaza leaders do not seem to fear Israeli military action – or even an air attack - to interfere with their incursion of Sinai and attempts to control the long Egyptian-Israeli border snaking south of the Gaza Strip along the Negev up to the Red Sea port of Eilat.

Man Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison for Lawfully-owned Guns

Gun RightsThe Philadelphia Daily News reported on a disturbing story that should horrify every gun owner in this nation. Brian Aitken, a 25-year-old successful media consultant who was going through a separation with his wife, was in the process of selling his home in Colorado and moving to a suburban New Jersey apartment to be closer to his two-year-old son when he was arrested in an odd series of events.

On January 2, 2009, Brian was visiting his parents in Mount Laurel while taking a break from moving to nearby Hoboken. After Brian’s former wife canceled his scheduled visit with his son, he became distraught and said something to the effect of “life’s not worth living anymore” to his mother and drove away. His mother, a trained social worker, became worried about a possible suicide risk and called 9-1-1 but hung up after having second thoughts. Law enforcement traced the call and soon arrived at the scene. The police called Brian, who was on his way to his new residence in Hoboken, and asked him to return to his parents’ home because they were worried. When he returned, the cops searched his vehicle and found two handguns, both locked and unloaded as New Jersey law requires, inside the trunk, in a box stuffed into a duffel bag with clothes. Brian was arrested and, according to his attorney, the subsequent trial and conviction were the “perfect storm of injustice.”

The guns were lawfully purchased by Aitken when he was a Colorado resident. He had passed an FBI background check to buy the guns from a Bass Pro shop in Denver, and he had even contacted New Jersey State Police to discuss the proper way to transport them into New Jersey. In Colorado, all Brian needed was a background check to own the guns, but in New Jersey, which has some of the strictest laws in the nation, a purchaser’s permit is required to own the guns and another carry permit is required to transport them in his car. Aitken’s attorney, Evan Nappen, who specializes in gun laws, told the news that Brian had a legal exemption to have the handguns in his car because he was moving from his parents’ home to a residence in Hoboken.

New Jersey allows exemptions for gun owners to transport weapons if the move is for hunting purposes or if the person is relocating. Shockingly, the Superior Court judge who heard Brian’s case refused to allow this statute exemption to be read to the jury. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and the Superior Court judge reasoned that Aitken and his legal team tried to raise the issue during closing arguments, but that it wasn’t presented during the trial and therefore couldn’t be considered by the jury. Nappen argued that the groundwork for the defense was laid earlier in the trial. During the trial, Aitken’s mother testified that her son was moving things out, and his friend in Hoboken testified he was moving things in. A Mount Laurel officer testified that he saw boxes of dishes and clothes in the Honda Civic on the day of the arrest.

The exemption statute, according to the prosecutor’s office, specifies that legal guns can be transported “while moving.” Despite the testimony about his moving to Hoboken, a spokesman for the prosecutor said the evidence suggested that Aitken had moved months earlier, from Colorado to Mount Laurel. After Nappen raised the moving-exemption issue, the jury even asked the judge for the exemption statute several times, and the judge refused to hand it over to them.

After two and half days of deliberation, the jury returned a guilty verdict and Aitken was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison!

His father was shocked that something like this could happen in America. “For quite some time I was pretty confident as soon as intelligent people with logical minds took a look at what happened they might slap him with a fine or something.... When the prosecutor came down with an indictment, I was dumbfounded.... This is the most normal, everyday, All-American regular kid, and for this to happen to him is a disgrace.... It’s a disgrace of society.”

Thankfully the story didn’t end there. Nappen immediately appealed the decision and the family took to grass-roots methods to raise awareness about their son. They garnered an amazing amount of support using social media with a “Free Brian Aitken” Facebook page, which was quickly embraced by gun-rights advocates. Thousands of gun owners across the nation rallied to the cause and more than 15,000 joined the Facebook group. The family also asked New Jersey Governor Chris Christie for clemency, and ABC News reported that Governor Christie gave them their wish, signing the order in December that commuted Brian’s sentence to time served.

Aitken’s father was grateful. “I am shell shocked.... The commutation is purely the governor saying how ridiculous this sentence is and it ends now.”

Nappen agreed that “this wasn’t just about gun rights, this was about a fair trial. And this really was a gross injustice.” Aitken didn’t receive a full pardon, though, because his attorney actually didn’t ask Christie for a full pardon. Nappen explained to Reason’s Radley Balko that a pardon would have been premature while the conviction is still being appealed. A pardon would have been a much more difficult petition to win. Nappen’s primary goal was to get Aitken out of prison and home for the holidays. Now Nappen will work to get the conviction overturned on appeal, which will hopefully have the dual effect of striking down or modifying some of New Jersey’s gun laws to prevent similar travesties of justice in the future. Nappen feels that Aitken’s chances of having the conviction overturned are good, but even if he is not successful, they can always go back and ask Christie to clear his record once he has exhausted his appeals. Nappen’s continuing legal appeal of the conviction could take six to nine months.

Even though this story had a happy ending, it should be a wake-up call to all gun owners how easy it is for local governments to intrude on a citizen’s God-given right to self-defense. Just imagine how this story would have turned out had Aitken’s family not been able to obtain the legal representation they had or utilize social media like they did.

The Constitution does not protect sexual immorality.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia says that the U.S. Constitution does not prohibit discrimination based on sex or sexual orientation.

The comment came during a recent interview he had at the University of California Hastings College of Law, an interview that was published on the website for California Lawyer, a journal publication.

Asked about the debate in 1868 when Congress was considering the 14th Amendment regarding equal protection – and how that applies today to sex discrimination and discrimination based on sexual orientation, he suggested it's error to apply that standard.

UC Hastings law professor Calvin Massey asked, "In 1868, when the 39th Congress was debating and ultimately proposing the 14th Amendment, I don't think anybody would have thought that equal protection applied to sex discrimination, or certainly not to sexual orientation. So does that mean that we've gone off in error by applying the 14th Amendment to both?"

"Yes, yes. Sorry, to tell you that. ... But, you know, if indeed the current society has come to different views, that's fine. You do not need the Constitution to reflect the wishes of the current society," Scalia said.

"Certainly the Constitution does not require discrimination on the basis of sex. The only issue is whether it prohibits it. It doesn't," he said. "Nobody ever thought that that's what it meant. Nobody ever voted for that.

"If the current society wants to outlaw discrimination by sex, hey we have things called legislatures, and they enact things called laws. You don't need a constitution to keep things up-to-date. All you need is a legislature and a ballot box. You don't like the death penalty anymore, that's fine. You want a right to abortion? There's nothing in the Constitution about that. But that doesn't mean you cannot prohibit it. Persuade your fellow citizens it's a good idea and pass a law. That's what democracy is all about. It's not about nine superannuated judges who have been there too long, imposing these demands on society," he said.

The comments in the interview, recorded some weeks ago but just posted recently, run contrary to a number of recent court rulings on highly controversial topics, including a ruling from a homosexual federal judge in California who recently said voters' definition there in their own state constitution of marriage as being between one man and one woman only was unconstitutional. That ruling remains on appeal.

The interview, of which a video has been posted online, ranged over a broad spectrum of topics for nearly 90 minutes.

According to the California Lawyer transcript, Scalia said he knows there still are people mad over the court's 2000 decision in Bush v. Gore that ended the Florida recount controversy in that year's president election, installing Bush in the White House.

"I've been impressed that even when we come out with opinions that are highly unpopular or even … what should I say … emotion raising, the people accept them, as they should. The one that comes most to mind is the election case of Bush v. Gore. Nobody on the court liked to wade into that controversy. But there was certainly no way that we could turn down the petition for certiorari. What are you going to say? The case isn't important enough? And I think that the public ultimately realized that we had to take the case. ... I was very, very proud of the way the court's reputation survived that, even though there are a lot of people who are probably still mad about it."

He said that his perspective on the Constitution – that it continues to mean today what it meant when written and is not evolving – is the only logical position to taek.

"In its most important aspects, the Constitution tells the current society that it cannot do [whatever] it wants to do. It is a decision that the society has made that in order to take certain actions, you need the extraordinary effort that it takes to amend the Constitution. Now if you give to those many provisions of the Constitution that are necessarily broad – such as due process of law, cruel and unusual punishments, equal protection of the laws – if you give them an evolving meaning so that they have whatever meaning the current society thinks they ought to have, they are no limitation on the current society at all," he said.

"If the cruel and unusual punishments clause simply means that today's society should not do anything that it considers cruel and unusual, it means nothing except, 'To thine own self be true,'" he said.

He said that perspective isn't perfect, but is provides the most solid footing for a system of laws.

"I do not pretend that originalism is perfect. There are some questions you have no easy answer to, and you have to take your best shot. ... We don't have the answer to everything, but by God we have an answer to a lot of stuff ... especially the most controversial: whether the death penalty is unconstitutional, whether there's a constitutional right to abortion, to suicide, and I could go on," he said.

"All the most controversial stuff. ... I don't even have to read the briefs, for Pete's sake."

That's should be the focal point for some modern judges who want to cite court opinions from other nations, he said.

"What can France's modern attitude toward the French constitution have to say about what the framers of the American Constitution meant? … If you're an evolutionist, the world is your oyster," he said.

Scalia studied at Georgetown University and Harvard, and was in the U.S. Department of Justice in the 1970s. He was nominated by President Reagan to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and was advanced to the Supreme Court in 1986.

It was Scalia who told one of the attorneys involved in the numerous challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president that for a case to get before the high court, four votes are needed.

None of the eligibility challenges has yet reached the stage where the actual merits are discussed at the high court, although numerous cases have been presented for consideration. Attorneys believe Scalia's remarks meant that among the four justices typically voting along conservative lines, at least one has been unwilling to move into that area of argument.

In a blog on the Washington Post website, Emi Kolawole noted this interview was not the first time Scalia has moved into comments regarding the 14th Amendment.

He reported that it was in 1996 when Scalia dissented from an otherwise unanimous opinion ending the 157-year tradition of only male students at the Virginia Military Institute.

Kolawole noted Scalia explained then: "The tradition of having government funded military schools for men is as well rooted in the traditions of this country as the tradition of sending only men into military combat. The people may decide to change the one tradition, like the other, through democratic processes; but the assertion that either tradition has been unconstitutional through the centuries is not law, but politics smuggled into law."

A Christian social worker is taking exception to a new California law that declares homosexuals are "born gay."

Beginning this New Year, California will implement AB 2199 and ultimately strike down the requirement on the State Department of Mental Health to conduct research on the "causes and cures of homosexuality." According to Veronica Esqueda, a renal social worker in Los Angeles, the measure will portray alternate lifestyles as acceptable and normal.

"I do think it's going to open up their comfort level, and I think it's going to make it more acceptable," she explains. "Obviously, I am one that believes that it's not an error -- you are born the way God intended you to be," she notes, adding that she believes homosexuality is a choice.

AB 2199, sponsored by Equality California, gained the support of homosexual activists who claim it is discriminatory to search for cures for their sexual orientation. Advocates argue that those in the LGBT (lesbian, "gay," bisexual transgender) community were born to favor alternate lifestyles, so they contend the section of the Welfare and Institutions code is archaic and portrays them as sexual deviants. Esqueda, however, thinks the new law will suppress the Christian voice.

"I believe it is going to impact the conservatives, the Christians, and I think it's going to basically have a discrimination [effect] against the conservative Christian believer," she laments. "It's going to be just another way to silence [their message]."

The California State Senate passed the measure in a 36-0 vote, so now the section of the Welfare and Institutions code that requires research into the cause of homosexuality will be removed.
